Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

We decided to pack our bags and head to Colorado for Spring Break! As a family of 4 this spot was perfect! Allison was incredibly helpful and so responsive. The condo was just perfect, clean, had everything needed to cook and relax. My girls loved playing outside in the snow by the stream! I can always appreciate an Airbnb that has those small extra touches as well ( a jar of hair ties goes a long way!) We had such great weather and snow my husband wanted to sneak one last ride in and Allison gave us a late check out before our next stop, Steamboat Springs! Thanks again for sharing your home. We will definitely book this spot again!

What a find! 10 to 15 minutes away from Winter Park Ski Resort. Close to the grocery store and fine dining. The place was cozy and we felt right at home. Looking forward to staying again.

WOW! Can’t recommend this lovely place strongly enough. It was PERFECT for two couples with children, and also would be perfect as a family!

Very nice place to stay, with a reasonable drive to the mountain. The building is dated but Bradley's place was very nice, nicely decorated.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend spent skiing at Winter Park! The location was great, easy access to the main village and lifts via shuttle, ski in/ski out/ free parking lot with a lift to the village area. We also appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was at night. The unit itself was spacious for two people and luggage. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make breakfasts and quick snacks. Plenty of options for parking outside or in the garage. We especially liked having the option of using the hot tub after a day of skiing to relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Winter Park!

Benjamin was a great host with a great place. He was extremely responsive and helpful. And his unit was clean, stocked well, and in a convenient location.

Brett's place is great. Wonderful neighborhood and spacious. It comfortably fit our family of 5 with a dog, and we would have been able to easily accommodate up to 8-10. It was a bit toasty on the top floor, but definitely better than being cold. The home is dated, but thoughtfully done, cozy, and matches the reviews. Brett was flexible in allowing us to change dates for our visit before we arrived which was great and one of the reasons we picked him and his home. Would definitely come back!

This was our second stay at Desiree’s beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to return again and again. It is indeed a very dog-friendly place to chill with the fur baby, but it also is clean and comfy for us humans. We love being able to sit by the river, or watch tv while our dog runs in and out the doggie door to enjoy “her” huge fenced-in backyard. We’ve not had a single issue with anything - the beds are comfy and Desiree provides all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

This was a perfect house for our group of 4 families to stay for a getaway in the mountains during spring break! Everything was as described on the property description on the Airbnb app and it’s a very spacious house with plenty of room so that we did not feel right on top of each other. The views were great and the house is conveniently located with a Safeway and dining options available just at the bottom of the hill, about a 10 minute drive to the Winter Park ski resort, and just directly across from the Fraser snow tubing hills. The one thing that stood out about this Airbnb was the cleanliness! Steve is a very friendly and responsive host, and even allowed us to get into the house much earlier than the original check in time due to snowy conditions that caused us to come up to the mountain earlier than planned. We would definitely consider this as an option to stay again if we return to Fraser/Winter Park!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and location provided much desired peace and quiet! Hosts were VERY friendly and responsive and checked in regularly via text. Evenings in the hot tub with moonlit mountain views was WONDERFUL! Much too big for just the two of us but plenty of room for a group of up to 8 or 10 people if you include the downstairs studio. Close enough to Idaho Springs, Central City, and Blackhawk, all of which provided great shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely loved staying here with my extended family! There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is stunning and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. Had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were very responsive when we couldn't find some items. The beds were extremely comfortable (huge plus for us) and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The view from the cabin was beautiful. First thing every morning we were greeted with beauty! We had an elk and deer visit and enjoyed the deck. Everything in the cabin was comfortable and came supplied with what we needed. It was truly home away from home while visiting RMNP. We would love to stay here again!!

We LOVED our stay at your condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. First, you can't beat the location to Rocky Mountain National Park! It's close to places to get gas, grab a bite to eat, and again, just minutes from the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP. We saw 21 moose in just three days at the park (YES, 21), but one of the moose we saw was on the condo property! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The living room/kitchen area was very warm and toasty, but with opening the doors and windows for a bit, it cooled off, and it was comfortable. The place was very clean, and we loved having our parking spot so close to the condo. We also LOVED the view from our balcony. Beautiful snow-capped mountains, a glistening lake, amazing morning coffee moments! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting RMNP! Thank you for the memories!

Benjamin is a friendly, responsive, and accommodating host. The condo is in a great location.

The first question I ask myself with AirBnBs is: was it worth it? The answer in this case is unequivocally YES. I was looking for a small place at Winter Park, close to town and comfortable, with easy access to the mountain. That's exactly what I got at an amazing price. Added bonus is that the Winter Park town is absolutely walkable from the place, and there's even a great breakfast place, a pizza place, and a coffee shop within a block. This condo is on the north side of town so a few blocks from where most activity occurs in Winter Park town, but the benefit is you're much closer to the local grocery store (Safeway) and you don't need to drive through town at all to get there. I was having a quiet week to myself so that last benefit ended up being perfect as I was cooking all my own food. On that note, this place has a cozy but full kitchen and I had no problem making everything I wanted to make.

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.

We stayed at Jaxin’s Den for a month and it was truly a wonderful time. Jenna was a very kind and responsive host. The condo was modern, clean, and included everything we needed for our long term stay. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view and you could see every single star at night time. The garage was secure, easy to access, and had more than enough room for an SUV. The neighborhood was very peaceful and great to walk the dog. Great location that is minutes away from the grocery store and local restaurants. I would recommend Jenna’s listing to any family or friend. I will only stay here when I return again.
