Chalet vacation rentals in France

We had a fabulous week-long stay at the Petit Chalet in Dingy-Saint-Clair. The chalet was absolutely perfect – equipped with everything we could possibly need, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and peaceful surroundings while still being just a short and easy drive into Annecy. Celine and Mikael were wonderful hosts – warm, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you so much!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie. Die Unterkunft ist herausragend und ist etwas sehr Besonderes. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Der Blick auf den Mont Blanc aus dem Chalet, sowie die Möglichkeit direkt von der Unterkunft die vielen Wanderwege zu nutzen, sind spektakulär. Vincent ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Ich spare hier bewusst nicht mit Superlative. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir freuen uns in Zukunft wieder zu Gast bei Vincent zu sein.

Es war alles super! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Uns hat es gefallen und es ist perfekt zum Entspannen.

Die Bergerie ist eine echte Wohlfühloase - wunderbar gelegen inmitten einer imposanten Bergwelt und umrahmt von einem schönen Garten. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und voller schöner Details. Es macht großen Spass, in dieser Küche zu kochen, von Salatschleuder bis zu hübschem Geschirr ist alles vorhanden. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche sind bestens und der jeweilige Blick von den Schlafzimmern herrlich. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr schön und blickt in den blühenden Garten. Der Aussenbereich hat verschiedene gemütliche Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten von Hängematte bis bequemen Liegen. Die Möglichkeiten vom Haus aus oder in der Nähe zu wandern sind herrlich und beeindruckend. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Myriam für eine besondere Woche - den leckeren eigenen Honig, die frischen Eier, die Freundlichkeit - es war toll!

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans ce logement parfait pour deux personnes. Il est extrêmement fonctionnel et très bien équipé, rien ne manque pour se sentir à l’aise. Le petit jardin est un vrai plus, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, idéal pour se détendre. L’endroit est calme et agréable, parfait pour une escapade en pleine nature. Nous recommandons vivement !

Es una de esas ocasiones en las que el alojamiento corresponde al anfitrión. Así como Odile es una persona maravillosa, lo es también su hermosa cabaña. Ella siempre fue receptiva y amable, respondiendo inmediatamente y aclarando cualquier cosa que se ofreciera, además de estar pendiente de nuestra comodidad y diversión. La cabaña es simplemente un sueño (de hecho, mi esposa asegura haber cumplido un sueño al gozar de la cabaña de Odile); es enorme, cómoda, acogedora, práctica, funcional, lujosa... en pocas palabras, es la estancia perfecta para cualquier temporada en los Pirineos. Si quieres vivir una experiencia que no olvidarás el resto de tu vida, reserva ya la cabaña de Odile.

We spent three nights in this amazing apartment. One could not ask for a better experience! The place itself has everything you need. We were very comfortable. What really stands out however, is the incredible view! The apartment is located high up on a mountain slope. The view from the terrace is just absolutely breathtaking. Never seen anything like it in all my 52 Airbnb stays. We were met by Cyrille, one of the hosts. A most welcoming and charming man. It was very nice meeting him and listening to his stories. We will most likely be back for more. A highly recommended listing!

It’s better than the photos. We had an amazing stay with 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The common spaces were perfect for spending time all together but enough room for everyone to spread out. The kids and adults had a blast in the pool soaking up the views. The views are really something special. Julien was a great communicator, always quick to respond and willing to offer local recommendations and tips. We’ll be back!

Our stay at the landscape lodge was better than we could have imagined it! The scenery was breathtaking, the house was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and it was even more conveniently located than we’d anticipated! Abondance was a very short drive (or even walk!) away from the chalet, as were many other wonderful towns. Fran was an incredible host, providing clear instructions for all of the facilities and plenty of local recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book this place! It will be the best thing you do for your trip. Thank you a ton, Fran!! :)

Sehr schönes Chalet, das genau den Bildern entspricht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben den Checkin persönlich gemacht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, insbesondere in der Küche, aber auch was Kinderstühle und Betten angeht. Die Lage ist insgesamt gut, ein Auto ist aber fast zwingend nötig. Man schaut meist ins Grüne und sieht die Berge, ein Rauschen der Autobahn ist jedoch auch zu hören. Es gibt sehr wenige Kritikpunkte, jedoch zwei die man wissen sollte: Es hat sehr viele Ameisen und Fliegen im Haus, vermutlich mangelt es bautechnisch an Abdichtung. Zudem gibt es im Wohnbereich keine Beschattung, wodurch sogar bei Aussentemperaturen von nur 20 Grad sehr schnell um die 30 Grad im Wohnraum (aufgrund der vielen Fenster) entstehen. Etwas unklar, wie das im Sommer zu händeln ist, ohne Klimatisierung vermutlich kaum machbar. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

We had a perfect stay with a group of 12 people. Victor explained everything in detail upon our arrival. The chalet is extremely beautiful with attention to detail. It has everything you need and offers a wonderful view. The whirlpool is the cherry on the cake. 100% recommendation!

Waren für ein Wochenende mit Freunden dort. Indoor alles was das Herz begehrt. Schöne Wanderwege direkt von der Unterkunft zu erreichen. Ausreichend Platz und gut ausgestattete Küche.

Great house with a lot of space and beautiful view. Despite the weather we had a great time.

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und alles war so wie es angegeben war. Wir waren 11 Leute und allesamt zufrieden mit dem Haus, der Ausstattung und dem Ambiente. Der Host war immer erreichbar und es gab für uns genügend Dinge in der Umgebung zutun. Das war bereits mein 4. Mal in einem der Häuser von Pims und ich denke ich werde wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Bénédicte et Fabrice. Le logement correspond en tout point aux photos, propreté impeccable et hyper charmant. Le lieu est paisible et la vue sur les montagnes idéale ! Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et disponibles pour nous donner des conseils de visites adaptées aux enfants. Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le trampoline à l’extérieur et les jeux mis à disposition dans le chalet. Nous recommandons totalement ce logement pour des vacances en famille en pleine nature !

Un séjour parfait, au calme, au pied du lac. Le cadre est magnifique et le logement est super. Très agréable. Albane est très réactive et disponible. Je garde le lieu en mémoire pour y revenir !

J’ai été agréablement surprise de la qualité de la prestation proposée. Nous avons passé un super moment, paisible et en toute détente dans le jacuzzi. Je recommande vivement cette adresse

Petit chalet très chaleureux,très bien équipé,bonne isolation et chauffage fonctionnel de bonne qualité,literie confortable et le barbecue pour un 2/03 etait juste parfait.Endroit très calme pour la période et propice au repos.Merci à Yann pour ce sejour au top

Nous avons adoré le chalet. Il est confortable pour 3 ou 4. Il est très bien équipé. D’une propreté impeccable. Un vrai petit cocon. Le jardin est superbe. Tranquille. Gabrielle nous a très bien accueillis. Belle découverte de la région qui est très agréable. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps.

Bel emplacement, au calme avec une vue sur le plan d’eau. Belle terrasse extérieure très agréable par beau temps. Idéalement situé pour visiter le sud de l’île de France et le nord bourgogne Escalier pour aller à l’étage un peu raide
