Beautiful little typical cottage with local decor, trolls of all kinds. Beautiful views of the fjord from the balcony of the room. Everything you need to cook. A lovely place to recommend.

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

Egil’s home was a beautiful and comfortable haven in the middle of the most stunning scenery my family and I have ever seen. Waking up to that breathtaking view each day was really special. In spite of the constantly changing weather on the fjord in May, we were still able to enjoy sitting outside and enjoying the hot tub at the end of a day hiking. Egil provided us with so much good information and was always available to answer questions. He went out of his way to make a reservation for us at Christian Gaard for dinner, which was another unforgettable experience. We highly recommend doing this. Thanks so much Egil for everything. , We would love to return someday!

A Very beautiful house in a nice location with a scenic view. Siv Ulla was very responsive and kept the house in prestine condition. Our kids too loved the place.

This is a charming place to stay on Kristiansund. It is not far to go by car to city center, about 15km. The house itself is like a museum from great grandma’s time. I liked the huge garden of the house. When we arrived yesterday, we spent the whole afternoon there, enjoying the sunshine, very relaxed and confortable. Although it is a bit challenge to go upstairs by stairs, but my son loves it. We would definitely like to come back some other time.

Very nice place to stay a few days, but also longer! Located in the city centre, so you can explore alesund by walking! Jan is a friendly host, communication was uncomplicated, so was the access to the nice appartment! Also a well equiped kitchen. Thanks for everything!

The accommodation is on the ground floor of Anna and Robert's house. The view of the mountains and the lake is really beautiful. Now in summer, the garden is beautifully green and the hot tub is highly recommended. There are plenty of things to do in the area. Hannah and Robert give great tips on things to do. You can spend a week or more there. If we are in the area again, we will stay with Anna and Robert again.

We had a great time and the bed was super comfortable! Everything was super clean and it wasn't far to Alesund either. In the evening we walked a little to the water, which was super close on foot! :)

It’s a beautiful apartment with an amazing view in a small, peaceful village. Marie is very kind and helpful, and she made sure to help us with everything we needed. Coming there was pretty straightforward and a lot of beautiful places are accessible by car. We visited Liabygda for a painting trip and would definitely visit again!
