The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room and kitchen solution and loft living room. There is plenty of room to be a lot of people together on the trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and enjoyable. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

The single-family home is located 10 minutes from Kvernberget airport and 17 minutes from the city center by car. With only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross country skiing during the winter months and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is close by. There is both a travel cot and baby chair available. Recommended to have a car.

Short distance to Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here is the peace and good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that may be rented. The place is idyllic to only about 20 min northwest of Molde . 70 meters down to the sea,with its own boathouse and possibilities for renting a boat. The place is in the middle of the sand, when it comes to mountain hikes, where you can choose and wreck in both light and more demanding trips. Walking distance from the house , there is Jendemsfjellet(Height 633 meters above sea level) which has a 360 degree view, towards Hustadvika,Ona lighthouse and Sundmørs Alps. Or what about island hopping? The house is newly restored in 2018 and appears as new.

The guesthouse is very centrally located near the start of Romsdalseggen/ Rampestreken, and 5 minutes walking distance from the train/ bus station and Romsdalsgondolen. Small kitchenette w/fridge-freezer and two hot plates. No oven. Kettle/ French press for coffee. Toaster. The kitchen is best suited for simple cooking due to the size. The bathroom is small and compact but has a toilet, sink and shower.
