We had a great week in Teresa’s townhouse. Everything was as described and looked just like the pictures. We didn’t have any issues while there. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Julie's place is awesome! I went to stay with a friend and our kids. we enjoyed the area and surrounding places.

Jades was an amazing host. The condo was well stocked, cozy space, great playroom and beds were comfortable. The beach across the street was spectacular, white sand with minimal people. It was really nice and peaceful. It made it easy to keep a close eye on our young children playing while we relaxed. We didn’t have a working washer/dryer for the first five days which was very unpleasant since we had small children and packed lightly knowing we could doing laundry. However, Jade contacted a technician right away. Even though he couldn’t get the system working, Jade offered a laundry service or to use another units washer/dryer. I did a few loads of laundry in a day and got caught up. Wasn’t convenient although, it solved our problem. Which was great. We can’t help when things break. I appreciated the quick response and helpfulness Jade offered. We would love to come back. The location was close to nearby restaurants and a coffee truck. Thank you, Victoria

This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

Our stay was great! Vivian was very responsive when we needed help and she got us what we needed right away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were only minutes away from any beach we wanted to go to. The location was close to all the restaurants but also far enough away that it was relaxing. It was very beautiful and it made our trip extra special.

My favorite place to stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. I especially appreciated the separate downstairs level — ideal for giving teenagers or guests their own private space. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linens smelled wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare all of our meals. And of course, the view and convenient beach access, complete with an outdoor shower, were truly the highlights of the stay! 10/10 recommend!

The Airbnb was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive. There was a lot of things to do in the area. The only issue I had was not with house but Ft. Walton beach had a lot of moss in it and it was very green. So me and my family drove to Destin daily to the beach because it was much clearer. Ft. Walton did have a great pier to walk and they have firework shows every Wed night & that was a great show. If I ever plan to go back to Florida I wouldn’t mind stay at this same Airbnb because it felt like home! ❤️

What an amazing house for my family and I! We traveled with an 8 year old, 5 year old and 2 1/2 year old for reference. Of course the stairs were extremely popular for my 2 year old. Both rooms are upstairs. Very spacious beds and rooms. Plenty of clean white towels to use, and the washer and dryer came in handy! The house was very clean and organized. Irene messaged me during our stay to make sure everything was ok and asking if we needed anything. She was very sweet, patient with all my questions, and attentive. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. Irene provided a wagon, beach umbrellas and beach towels so that was nice to not pack. The community is very safe and quiet. The only thing to keep mindful of, especially with young kids, is the noise level due to the older neighbors right next door. Luckily at night it wasn’t an issue because my kids were tired, but they also wake up super early! We were all sad to leave and can’t wait to return. We were very lucky to find this place!

This was wonderful! I stayed here with my four year old and another mom and her son. Everything seemed very new and there was hardly anyone on the beach. The deck was fantastic and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen was also stocked very well. Beach and water were absolutely gorgeous. The area was quiet. Bonus points were the ping pong table and airhockey downstairs. The kids loved it. Thanks again!

Great place, very clean. Location is good. Not far from Destin. Lots of stuff to do in both Ft. Walton and Destin.

Quang was a very good host!! He was very helpful with any and all questions I had and always responded when messaged. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him.

We had the best time! The place was immaculate and so beautiful! The location was great! All of the local beaches were close by and easy to get to. The golf cart was an absolute hit with our children and made it so nice going to and from the beach. The Destin Commons shopping center was a very short walk. We recommend Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s, Dat Burrito Place, and definitely hit the Yard Milkshake Bar at least once during your visit. The host touched base with us and made sure to be more than accommodating. Our first trip to Florida was outstanding!

The location and the unit were perfect. There were enough towels and amenities for us during our stay. Beach toys/accessories for adults and kids made it easy for us to transport items to the beach. The beach was within walking distance.

The house and view are beautiful. We loved the living room and master bedroom with amazing views of the ocean. The other bedrooms do not have any nice views. A little stuffy in those rooms but they provide fans for all the rooms which is nice. The walk to and from the beach was short and so convenient for our family. Took just a few minutes to walk back and make lunch or use the bathroom. The beach is clean, quiet and sand is soft and pristine. Be aware that only 2 of the beach chairs from the property worked, the rest broken. Most of the umbrellas were broken and same with the beach wagon. We made do just fine and I let the owner know, but didn’t hear back. Hopefully they replace all the broken gear for future guests. Saw our neighbors once or twice but not issues hearing them through the walls or anything. Would definitely go back!

Chip's place was great! While it's not actually in Rosemary Beach, you are in a good location and having the golf cart was an added bonus. You should know there are restrictions with certain roads and golf carts and several of the surrounding areas you are not allowed to park. With that being said, we loved driving the cart to Seaside and were able to park everywhere around there and at the Santa Clara beach. Chip was really responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. Perfect house for our group of 4.

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

Ashley’s place was awesome! I had an incredible time on the beach. It was so convenient to walk directly from the house to the beach. And dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean was simply fantastic! The house is also great. It’s well-stocked with basic cooking essentials, so if you’re up for it, you can whip up a quick meal. But if you’re not in the mood to cook, there’s a fantastic seafood restaurant just a short walk away.

We loved staying here! The price is a little appalling- but you do get what you pay for in terms of privacy, location, views, and the space itself. During our stay we had a transformer blow right outside of our window which caused the power to go out - the host was extremely responsive and on top of the power company! We appreciated the patios furniture and the boogie boards and toys left for the kids! The wagon was very helpful too. The appliances were clean and the house was well kept!! They left a vacuum out for use and that was super helpful for sand. There is a playpen too, which they should list!

Holly welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is a great deal with the option of the private beach. A quiet neighborhood with lots of places nearby for food and activities. We definitely enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Destin and everything it has to offer.
