Beach condo vacation rentals in Fort Walton Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly located just steps from the sand. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the porch each morning was a highlight. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the layout was perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and made check-in super. Highly recommend!

Beth was a fantastic host, and we had an amazing stay! Beth provided clear, detailed information that made our check-in and the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—so many great restaurants and fun family activities are just minutes away. We visited Gator Beach to feed alligators, went to Uncle Buck’s for bowling, visited the Gulfarium, rode go-karts at The Track, and always spent the evening on the beach to watch the sunset. Beach access was super easy, and we loved being able to walk out and enjoy the sand and ocean anytime we wanted. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful—waking up to that every morning was a treat. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy all that Destin has to offer!

We loved the condo, with it's beachy furnishings and it was so clean! We especially loved how close it was to the beach, right outside the door, so we were able to sit and listen to the ocean from the balcony each evening. Fort Walton is definitely quieter than Destin but, of course, has less restaurant choices. Luckily Destin is a short drive. The construction on the bridge was a bit annoying to deal with getting to and from Destin. I was hoping the constitution on the condo next door wouldn't be loud and luckily is wasn't . They didnt start super early and the waves drowned out the noise from the beach. Currently there seems to be A LOT of seaweed but that also can't be helped. The actual condo was amazing! And April was quick to communicate with us when we had trouble with the sliding glass door and it was immediately resolved. Our family had a fantastic time!

Had a wonderful week here with my teenager for spring break. We met up with friends in town and the kids enjoyed using the pool and spa or just heading down to the beach. We really appreciated the reasonable hours for the amenities (we've stayed at some resorts where everything closes too early). Ft. Walton Beach isn't very pedestrian-friendly but this area had restaurants and shops for teenagers to walk to. I took a nap on the balcony every day and loved seeing the bay from my bed in the morning. We ordered pizza and had no trouble getting delivery to our door. I used the gym a couple times--it's small, but well-equipped. Plentiful parking in the garage. Overall, just a convenient, lovely place to stay.

We visited with our two young children, and I was so pleased we did. The condo is right on the beach, which is beautiful. It came with an umbrella and two beach chairs, which were already set up! There was a great station for cleaning off the sand once we were done, and let us go directly to the pool. We loved it. The unit itself has a stunning view of the beach and the rooms are quiet and the kitchen and laundry was very easy to use. Take note: the kids bunk room does not have a closing door - just two swinging doors, so they can hear what is going on in the main area - but it is tucked away and our kids were so tired by the play, it wouldn’t have mattered. I would absolutely stay here again.

Don’t look anywhere else… book this place! Suzy is very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is right on the beach, literally right by the boardwalk. We loved staying here with our young kiddos. Will definitely we back! Oh and very close to Stewby’s, our favorite restaurant for fresh seafood!

We loved staying at the Salty Pirate! The place looked EXACTLY like the photos. I would highly recommend staying here. Mady and Tom were responsive, helpful, thoughtful, and so accommodating! We definitely plan on coming back.

The place was nice! It was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Access to the pools was nice. The hosts were super nice and very responsive! We would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. This unit at the Palms was an excellent location. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves was awesome and the beautiful views from the balcony. Having a private beach area to relax and of course having the 2 chairs and umbrella set up each day was an additional great benefit. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay to include washer and dryer. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive, and we were able to coordinate arriving a few hours earlier. This is a great escape for anyone looking for a beachfront vacation.

Wonderful place for a family beach vacation! The kitchen is stocked well if you want to cook all or part of your meals. Full washer and dryer work well and are very handy with a kid and beach towels! Lovely to look out every day at the beach. Cheryl called maintenance immediately when we reported the hot tub was more like a warm tub. Maintenance was on it, and it was fixed promptly. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area were all excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We've stayed in quite a few places along Okaloosa Island in the past. This one is by far the best. Check in was super easy a d Frank was available with answers. Highly recommend. Will book again.

Jill‘s place was perfectly located right on the beach. She has provided two lovely beach chairs, an umbrella, and some kids toys. This is a beautiful and clean apartment/condo. The bed was comfortable and the provided roll out mattress was exactly what we needed for our 7 year old. A bonus; it was located close to Stewby’s seafood shanty, which has great fresh food! We would stay here again!

Great location: three minute, easy walk to the beach. They provide high quality beach gear for your convenience. Very clean unit with all necessities stocked. Elie was very responsive and an accommodating host!

Sam is a super host; highly responsive and attentive to all messages. He’s ensured all of the amenities are spot on for a relaxing vacation. From chair and umbrella service by the waters’s edge to beach towels, toys and sunscreen, it’s easy to enjoy spending time at the beach. The condo is nicely decorated with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds! Will book this unit again on our next visit to Ft Walton Beach!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Affordable Close to attractions Nice restaurants

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Parker’s place. It was easy to find, the pool was awesome, and the balcony was super cozy with a great view. The beach bag and chairs were such a nice bonus—we definitely put them to good use. Overall, just a solid spot to relax and unwind. Would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Loved the small quaint condo. Peaceful and just so homie. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. David answered all my messages right away. Will definitely stay here again!!

The condo blew away all our expectations. Highly recommend for families with small children. Our kids had such a wonderful time playing at the beach and pool. Everything was very walkable. We brought most our food with us and it worked out perfectly for our littles.

We had a nice overnight stay at Breanna's condo! A few minor concerns popped up during our visit, but Breanna had excellent communication and helped to adress the issues - which ultimately didn't affect our stay. The place was very clean and the things we needed were well stocked. Great board game selection and TV is easy to use if you want to watch a movie or show. There's a public laundry facility attached to the pool house/community space on the back side of the condominiums. It was clean and well kept - $2 per wash and per dry. We stayed on a week day and the community was quiet. During the day, it seems like they may be addressing some renovation needs to the complex, so you may hear some noise from workers - but that wont be a problem if you are out enjoying the Fort Walton area and nearby public beaches.
