It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.

As soon as you enter our 3rd floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.

The living area features soft blue walls and large windows providing natural light. A comfortable sofa is complemented by decorative pillows, while a wooden coffee table creates a focal point. A flat-screen TV and light blue curtains enhance the serene atmosphere.

My family of 7 enjoyed our stay at the property. This was our second year in a row to vacation here. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It was easily handicap accessible which was super important to us. We hope to stay again next year!

We had a large family staying and it was great! The location was PERFECT and the kids loved having the pool during red flag days. The golf cart was a bonus to drive down the strip. We had to contact maintenance for two different events (air conditioner broke and to repair a bed), and they had both repaired very quickly. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Had an awesome stay at Sugar Sand Cottage with my family. The location is great and a short drive to various restaurants and activities. We loved the short walk (5 min) to the private beach with umbrella and chair service each day. The chair attendant had great local restaurant recommendations that we tried. The house is just like it’s shown in the pictures. We loved the layout with the porches overlooking the pond and private pool at night. Nichole was very responsive and can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Destin area.

What a great stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed—and more! We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day at the beach. Hal was very friendly and very helpful. He was attentive to our needs. The place was nice and cozy. Loved the view and playing in the pool.
