Fabulous property in quiet corner of the Bonita Springs neighborhood. Beautifully remodeled home with all the conveniences and attention to details providing lots of extras for your stay. Screen covered pool with jacuzzi and relaxing outdoor living space. We loved the reclining family room sofa! Easy bike or drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. One of the nicest properties we have rented. Does not disappoint.

Very nice place and he let us check out later since our flight was later we will definitely be back soon.

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful and just as descirbed. Everything was very clean. Maggie was very responsive and even reached out with some rainy day activity suggestions for one of our days that started with some rain. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool area. The neighborhood was very peaceful as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again in the future if coming back to the area.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a week! Everything was perfect from the decor to the view of the canal! The pool was also a highlight as well as the outdoor kitchen! The hosts were very friendly and helpful! We'll be back !

I had such a wonderful time at Gabriella‘s place!!! I was lucky enough to get to meet her and her husband when we first checked in!!! Nice down to earth people! The house was a three bedroom, beautiful pristine, clean home with a pool downstairs on the first floor. It was everything that we had hoped and we had everything that we needed to cook. Rhi’s home was spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with an amazing back yard area and pool. Beautiful tiki hut and dock on the canal. Definitely a must stay. We will be back.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

I had such a great stay at Oxana’s place! Everything was exactly as described clean, cozy, and beautifully set up for a comfortable visit. Oxana was a wonderful host, super responsive and kind. I truly loved the space and felt right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This was our second time at Alex's house. Gets better every year. Alex is very accommodating.

Everything was very clean when we arrived. The outside lights were on, in case we arrived after dark. The AC was on and the home was cool, which is great for summer in FL. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spent quite a bit of our free time in the water.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

Giselle’s place was awesome. It was just as pictured. It was clean and very spacious. Giselle responded in a timely manner when needed. Kitchen had all the necessities and nice appliances. Location was 4 minutes to the beach, and a quick 10-15 minutes to restaurants/stores. The pool was clean and a nice option to cool off and unwind after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The house is beautiful and luxurious, and it's very quiet. We loved relaxing by the pool. Everything has been beautifully designed and kept clean. It has everything you need for a vacation. Our stay was really enjoyed, and we were thrilled. Tracy responded quickly to requests. She helped immediately with any problems. We will definitely be back!

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL
