Vacation rentals with a patio in Fort Myers Beach

The location of the condo was perfect, not too close, not too far from "time square" to do some shopping and get a bite to eat. The condo is beautifully done. It is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The king size bed was very comfortable but the couch not so much. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the sunsets were postcard worthy. There was a coin-op laundry area, but we didnt use it. Serge responded immediately to any questions and was flexible with our arrival as our plane landed at 9 am. We did not use the pool, most of time it was a bit too crowded for me but the beach is what i went for, so I didn't mind that. It was also very nice to have the available beach chairs and umbrella, and I say this because people were asking us where we got them from. I would absolutely love to stay there again and even my husband, who is not a fan of the beach, was impressed with the beauty of Fort Myers Beach and location of where we stayed.

Even better than we could have imagined, the place and location was so beautiful and well kept! It was set slightly away from the busier part of town, so it was super peaceful. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking, and the rest of the home was stocked with things for the beach which was super helpful including towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and much more! The beach was within steps of our place, same with the lovely pool. The balcony had the best beach view and we got to watch all the gorgeous sunsets. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

The apartment is connected to the hosts home. There is a designated parking spot and a private entrance. Unit was very clean and updated. 10/10. Only complaint is that there are no windows, so it can get very dark.

we absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great and walkable to restauurants and stores, access to a nice pool, and enjoyed the private balcony. The extra amenities that is provided such as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. is a great bonus! we can't wait to come back!

Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

This place seriously exceeded the photos! The house is so beautifully taken care of and in such a quiet spot.

This is >a phenomenal Airbnb< listing, hosts are fantastic and professional. The listing does not seem to do this abode enough justice : it seems they humbly failed to brag on the amazing ~linen~ fabric throughout. Trust me 😉 you’ve gotta stay - for the divine couch, alone 😍 Central to everything, super easy quick to get around town, yet the neighborhood is super quiet, peaceful, neighbors seem nice. Put this one *high* on your list when you’re coming to the area !

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

Just what we were looking for for an extended weekend. Our host was great! Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect paradise. This was all we were looking for and more! Such a close walk to the beach and the pool was fantastic- great depth and privacy. The grill and outdoor dining area were perfect to really really soak up the very bit of outdoors time you can. Bars and restaurants were walkable. The area has suffered from 2 hurricanes in the last two years so a lot is still under construction. The Airbnb/kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for relaxing. We’re already thinking of coming back! Thanks for having us!

This place is wonderful and the price is 100% worth! Sally is a rare host in Airbnb because she really care about our experience. Everything was clear thought to make us feeling like we were in home.

We had a great stay at Bruiser and Heidi's place. The view is incredible! All of the little touches were very much appreciated: beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag and cooler, aluminum foil, glass storage containers, paper towels and a welcome bottle of wine and treats. We have stayed in many studio Airbnbs but this was definitely the most spacious with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Bruiser called ahead of time to see if we wanted to check in early which was very thoughtful. This is a quieter part of Fort Meyers Beach and we used the beach trolley often. Overall 10/10 stay and we would love to come back.

We had a lovely weekend here. Spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shaded and screened and had an awesome view of the gulf. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Place was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy florida.

We loved this beautiful condo! It was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beach was very walkable & had great shelling. It was also close to the lighthouse which we walked to via the beach. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants Wickie’s & Magic Bus ice cream. The in-unit washer & dryer were also a nice amenity. When we had a question, Katlyn responded quickly. We had a wonderful week there & highly recommend it.

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

Karley’s place exceeded our expectations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The condo had everything that we needed. The lanai was my favorite spot! We even got to fish just a few steps from the door. Very comfortable and super clean condo. We rented e-bikes just a 5 minute walk away. They were great for passing backed up traffic going towards Times Square at the beach. We also rode them all the way back on the shoreline. It was awesome! We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Any questions that we had were answered super quick. Great host and co-host! Thanks again Karley and Kelly for letting us stay at your place!

The Turquoise Turtle is beautifully appointed - relaxed coastal vibe and very comfortable. Great amenities - from beach supplies to indoor essentials. We stocked up at Jerry’s Food and the condo was well equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed local restaurants; highly recommend nearby Wickies Lighthouse Restaurant. Recommend you pack light for the walk to the beach…even with the wagon, it is a workout getting across the deep sand path (a boardwalk like the adjacent properties would be a HUGE help). Parking and condo access are convenient, as are the pool and outdoor grilling areas. Kelly Lynn was a super host from early planning to a warm welcome and easy checkout process. She hasn’t missed a thing!

We had a great 3-night stay at Rose's place. The bed and furniture is comfy, and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Rose provides beach umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. The extra fans in the place were nice too (the AC works well, I just like extra fans). This is a 9th floor studio apartment in the third tower (of 5) from the beach in the Beach and Tennis Club. The screened-in balcony/patio does have a view of the water as well as the road and other buildings, it is a bit of a side-view (not full-on facing the ocean). It is about a 5 minute walk across the parking lot and a road to the public beach access. We were glad for the wagon provided! Doc's Beach House restaurant is right there and we ate there once (it was good). It was nice to find some cold waters in the fridge as well as some shampoo and body wash in the shower when we arrived. The lobby of the building is under construction from hurricane damage but no noise while we were there.
