Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — we were greeted with fresh flowers and the most charming welcome basket filled with thoughtful, locally sourced goodies. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with premium supplies that made everything feel luxurious and stress-free. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to detail — they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway. From floats and Tommy Bahama beach chairs to sandcastle kits and even surfboards — it was like having a fully-stocked beach shop at your fingertips! Nick, the host, was simply amazing — responsive, warm, and proactive. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you Nick!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time! The property is so peaceful, and you’re only a short walk or drive from the beach and pools. Tyler is amazingly communicative, helpful, and seems to truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Everything is just as it is pictured, including the beach wagon, toys, umbrellas. Our kids are 3 and 7, and they loved watching the wildlife from the deck. We were initially a little worried about the kids navigating the spiral staircase, and when we arrived we found they supply a baby gate that fits all the way around the railing and openings. It really eased our minds. If you like the idea of being submerged in nature by the beach, don’t hesitate to book this rental! We’ll return for sure!

The house was rented specifically for a golf weekend. It was very close proximity wise to both golf courses we played. Large pool was nice to have after a hot round of golf.

Sharon was amazing as well as her place!! I have never stayed at an air bnb more stocked than hers-it felt like I was at home! From tooth brushes and soap to shave kits and feminine products-SHE HAD IT ALL. She also keeps candy and snacks on hand for quick bites and little treats. There were at least a dozen extra blankets and lots and lots of pillows and sheets for those sleepover pillow forts or just some extra comfort. The bikes and beach equipment were an added touch that really just rounded out this vacation! Will absolutely book with Sharon in the future!

We traveled to Charleston to commemorate a 70th birthday party. The house was beautiful, clean and well supplied. Location was central to all the places that we wanted to visit. The outdoor patio was fantastic, just be aware that you must be indoor by nine pm, which was a bit of a bummer, as we would have loved to enjoy the space and hot tub at night.

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

Great house with plenty of space, a screened in porch that we used often. Nice kitchen allowed for meals at home. Very good location with only a few minute walk to the beach and a 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Melissa was thorough with her instructions and thoughtful with her recommendations.

They had everything we could ever ask for. The place was perfect and had just about everything you need for a longer stay. Will definitely be back every time we come to Folly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Slice of Paradise at 10 Red Sunset Lane! Our three-day stay at 10 Red Sunset Lane in Folly Beach was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the charming coastal vibe that this beautiful home offers. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool became our favorite spot before and after the beach day! Folly Beach is full of charm, and this location gave us easy access to it all—beach walks less than five minutes, local restaurants! Downtown Charleston is just a 15 min drive away for a nice getaway! We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, 10 Red Sunset Lane is a true gem. Highly recommend! 🌅🏖️

A nice, convenient stay with a beautiful private back yard. We were there for a wedding at the Island House which is 11 minutes away. There was plenty of room for our crew that included toddlers. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at casita amore and recommended it to several family members. The property was absolutely stunning and well kept day to day. The location was perfectly placed with so much to do surrounding. We felt right at home. The hosts were amazing and so responsive, welcoming, and loved of dogs which made our entire trip. The only downside was we didn’t spend much time out back as the bugs ate us alive, however the hosts were kind enough to provide bug spray throughout the property!! They provided everything for us that we needed, and could want up to sunscreen, hair dryer, laundry soap and extra necessities like toilet paper and paper towels. This is a MUST BOOK Airbnb!! Thank you so much hosts!

It was really clean and smelled nice. he also provided a lot of towels which was nice. everything worked how expected and the property is beautiful.

Finding this place was a blessing. Normally one day expects issues or surprises, BUT from driving into the driveway, to going up the steps and into the house, we were all WOWED! This place was clean, well stocked for everyday use and Peaceful. We were in the area for a memorial service and staying at this location and place, made a bad situation, so much better. We cannot Thank Alex enough for such a great place. Chuck

We had such a great stay at the Shark Tooth Shanty! The home was decorated so beautifully and uniquely, every little detail added to the charm. Kerrie was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive to downtown Charleston, beaches, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

Kevin was a great host, he was super responsive and helpful prior to our trip, and during. He gave a great list of recommendations like restaurants and grocery stores, along with safety tips and advice. He was also flexible about an early check-in, and a late check-out. The place was perfect for a beach trip, just about a block or so from the beach entrance. I definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful and the pictures and description were very accurate! My husband and son enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock nightly! We enjoyed watching the boats on the Stono River! My bucket list item was Charleston and David's place was exactly what we needed for our stay! Would highly recommend!!

What a delightful experience. We visit Folly often and have stayed in many Airbnbs. We LOVED being here! Can’t wait to come back! If you are looking for a bit of beach privacy, and bring your dogs… this is the perfect place. I loved every moment in and around the property. Such a fun house and location. Wonderful spot for a quick Folly Beach getaway! The location was fantastic – easy walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Communication with Seth was excellent, super responsive and helpful. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage with all the Charleston vibes. The house is quaint and cozy but offered plenty of room for our entire party of 8. Getting to the beach is super convenient with the tree covered path being right across the street and it was just a couple minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants. Its close enough to walk, too if you don't mind a little longer walk. I ran downtown both morning for coffee! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun trip!
