Beachfront vacation rentals in Folly Beach

Place was clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Lots of food and drink in walking distance. Beach was never crowded because the public could not get in through the Sea Cabins entrance.

Amazing is the best word to describe John’s condo. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation. There were tons of pots and pans in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies on the deck. Th location and access to the beach cannot be beat! Communication with John was excellent. I am already planning a return trip to the condo.

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

Everything was awesome. The only negative was we didn’t end up getting check-in access until about 5pm the first day, but we did get an hour later checkout. Would stay again for sure

The only negative comment that I would have is that the mattress for the king bed was softer than we are accustomed to. It took a little bit of adjustment on our part to adapt to that situation. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

This place is wonderful for a family gathering! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. This was our yearly family gathering and we like to cook all of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cookware, dishes, glassware, etc. that you would need. Each bedroom was well stocked with blankets, pillows, towels, and washcloths for every guest. The bathrooms were super clean. The living room has an awesome sectional couch that is roomy enough for several adults and was a great place for napping and reading. We loved hanging out in the screened in areas upstairs and downstairs. The outside shower was fantastic! You will not need to bring anything for your beach trip as their downstairs closet was supplied with everything you would need for a day at the beach. The location is perfect, within walking distance to anything you may want to do. We would definitely recommend this for anyone!

I have stayed in many condos and let me just say this one really stood out as top notch! It was clean, nice furnishings, fully equipped. One thing that was soooo nice was it was stocked trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent. The utility closet was full of extra surprises of beach equipment, toys, and cleaning supplies. It felt just like home!!! It truly felt like a home and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Highly recommend. It’s top notch of all condos we’ve stayed in. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at Bob's place and our family loves it. The view of the marsh from the living spaces is such a wonderful part of our enjoyment of the home. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the marsh and water. The bedroom configurations are perfect for our family and the kitchen is well stocked.

First time on the coast of SC & we absolutely love Folly Beach! Emily had great recommendations & was super helpful. The house was cozy & was super close to the beach! The house had almost everything we needed including beach equipment. The beach itself was peaceful & was a short drive to downtown Folly where delicious restaurant & shops were located. Would definitely stay at Emily’s again!

Surf Song Cottage is beautifully decorated, clean and has an incredible location steps from the beach. The homes large windows and deck allowed for amazing views. The kitchen contained everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and the master bathroom was absolutely beautiful. The house rules did not bother us a bit...we played music at a reasonable level and had no problems. After seeing a protected turtle nest on the beach right in front of the cottage which was very exciting, we understood why bright lights and loud music rules are necessary. Thank you Steve and Sarah for great communications and sharing your beautiful cottage.

Donald's place was amazing! We couldn't have asked for anything better! He had provided everything we could possibly have needed and then some! We didn't plan on cooking, but if we had wanted to, there was any and everything in the kitchen to aid in cooking. The house was spacious and comfortable. We were in easy walking distance for restaurants to eat for breakfast (Rita's was our favorite) and dinner. The view was relaxing and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Folly Beach and staying at Donald's place!

Beautiful cottage with all the Charleston vibes. The house is quaint and cozy but offered plenty of room for our entire party of 8. Getting to the beach is super convenient with the tree covered path being right across the street and it was just a couple minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants. Its close enough to walk, too if you don't mind a little longer walk. I ran downtown both morning for coffee! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun trip!

Our experience at Deena's place was superb. She was highly responsive, check-in was seamless, and the premises were immaculately cleaned, as depicted in the photos. The sunset viewers from the balcony were truly unforgettable. With numerous activities available, we will undoubtedly return.

AvantStay was a great host and the property was gorgeous and clean. They were very accommodating as my original booking cancelled 5 days prior to the trip and we had to rebook and found this location. During my stay they constantly reached out to assure everything was ok and they always responded quickly anytime I needed to reach out during my stay. Very pleasant experience!

Incredible view of the ocean. Beautiful. The condo was spotless and super comfortable. Only suggestion is that there were no recycling containers. We had a fantastic stay!

We loved the location and space of this home! Easy walking distance to the beach and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Easy drive into downtown Charleston as well. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!
