Beach condo vacation rentals in Folly Beach

Excellent location, very easy to get to the beach and to restaurants or the grocery store. A few things were missing upon check in but Kim was very accommodating and quick to bring them over to us. We look forward to coming back next year!

Pelican Watch is a beautiful place on Seabrook. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the backdoor with a great view from the back porch. You need a car to get to most restaurants but great places are 10-20 minutes away. Harris Teeter is well stocked nearby with great steaks and seafood as well as wine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, beautiful place with great views! We had an excellent time! Super clean, plenty of room for 4 adults, just as described! Alice was a great host! Would love to return!

This is the cutest condo ever. It looks just like pictures and we felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, and it’s in a great location for a beach vacation to Folly Beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

We loved our stay! Natalya was very responsive which we really appreciated! We unfortunately had a flat tire and she even helped by giving us some local places that could assist us. Everything was very clean and anything we needed was provided! Would definitely stay again!

SPECTACULAR STAY! I wish there was something more profound to say. This was one of the best stays I've experienced. The views at the condo were breathtaking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, very peaceful. The condo was beautifully equipped with everything you could need. The beach area was super clean. The resort was well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Margaret was a top notch host. I miss the IOP already!

We stayed for 2 nights. It was incredibly relaxing watching and listening to the waves on the deck. Walked to dinner at Rita’s one night and walked to dinner at Taco Boy the other night. We love this condo and the location can’t be beat. Ocean, shops and dinner all right where you want!

We had the best vacation! We loved the size of the condo for our family of 6. The view is so good even though you have to cross a small one way road(watch out people drive fast). Saw dolphins everyday. We didn't have to get in the car once. This is our new favorite beach!

Comfortable beds, soft sheets, the noise machines were a great touch. Two rooms are really dark, the room facing the beach, which you can hear and see from the room, wasn't pitch black but we had no trouble sleeping there. Great location, perfect balcony, pool easily accessible.....just worked out well. We cooked some, had what we needed there. AC was cold when we wanted it to be. Folly is a great place, and this is in the heart, but still quiet. Get yourself a stay booked here.

We really enjoyed staying here! Can’t beat the proximity to downtown or the oceanfront views. The interior is updated as shown in the pictures. Spacious rooms and en suite bathrooms. Check-in and out were easy. Only downside of the first floor unit is the noise from above. Would stay here again!

The condo was the perfect retreat for me while I was visiting family in town. The beach location was fantastic. Perfect for one or a couple. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable and the tub shower had the curved oval tub, larger than a standard bathtub shower. It was a great shower with great water pressure. I would definitely stay again. FBR is great to work with.

This was a great property and a short 20 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the six of us. Would definitely recommend!

The place had all we needed, the walk to the beach and town was easy! Great area and convenient. Definitely would come back! Also, special touches were the dog treats and extra 💩 bags 🤣

We loved our stay at Riverhouse. It was the perfect spot for a 4-day weekend getaway for our family of four. From Riverhouse, we were able to walk to Beachwalker Beach and ride bikes to Freshfields Village and spots within Kiawah resort. We saw lots of wildlife from the back porch and watched breathtaking sunsets over the river from the community pier. We can’t wait until our next trip to Riverhouse!

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

We had an amazing stay!! We were visiting for wedding planning and ran into some scheduling conflicts & needed an early check-in. The Akers team was so responsive and got us in as soon as they could - very helpful & quick. The walk to the beach is about 6 min total, but is a really quick bike ride, you do have to find trail paths to get there or it’s longer using roads - we used google maps to help us find the paths. The entire island is dog friendly we took our pup just about every dinner, there is even an off leash beach area. The airbnb is just like the images so pretty & clean we enjoyed coming back and relaxing on the screened in porch. We will be recommending this as an option for any of our wedding guests with pups! :)

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

My husband and I loved our stay! It was super peaceful, and we were as close to the beach as you could get. We will absolutely be back!
