Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well-equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. The location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! I highly recommend this house which is quiet, clean, spacious, pleasant and has a multitude of accessories. The bedroom area with private shower and quality bedding offers real moments of rest… And what could be better than an air-conditioned house! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s a stunning place, very useable and well kitted out and brilliant in the sun.

A very big thank you to Chantal and her husband, it was as if you had been away for a very long time and are coming home. She is very accommodating, helpful, charming and very well organized. There was a great introduction to the house & surroundings, lots of information about restaurants, places to see. The house is incredibly clean, well-maintained and equipped with a lot of love. Attention is paid to sustainability and there is really nothing to complain about. Everything functional. The surroundings especially the beach very large and beautiful. We were 8 people in the house and it has enough space not to step on each other's feet. The pool is very nice, heated and the hot tub absolutely great. The little surprise from the baker was also very loving. We say thank you again and will definitely be back. Stephan & Family

Paul is a great host. Fast responses on questions and has good and useful information. The house is in a beautiful surrounding and is equipped with everything you need..and more. Some minor defectives here and there which could be a point to improve even further on. The pool was very clean and had a nice temperature, even in april/may. To bad, the last few days there was a bit of a sewage smell around the pool area which couldnt be fixed in time before our departure, but overall we were happy it was not from day one. The sunsets, the nature surrounding the house. Listening to the variaty of birds in the morning. very relaxing experience and we had a great time. Thanks Paul.

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

Very good stay with friends spent in this house, very well arranged, comfortable, clean. Beautiful sea view. The South African barbecue is really great.! Also very good welcome from the host. We can only highly recommend.!

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Marie-Anne and Régis were very welcoming hosts. The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend with family or friends. Everything was planned to have a good time!

We were a family group of 10, of all ages. We loved the pool (which Inne kept very clean) and the open kitchen which we practically lived in. There was plenty of shade available for those who didn't want to sit in the sun. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and everything worked. Inne and Kris were very helpful and friendly, particularly when we were trying to find a doctor. The villa is out in the country, situated next to another property, but that was no problem for us. The local town and supermarket was only a couple of kilometres away and Narbonne was an easy 15 minute drive. We also loved our visits to St Pierre La Mer, where there is a lovely sandy beach.

The house is fantastic and as described, just what we needed. They were very kind to us. We recommend it 100% :)

The setting is very pleasant, quiet with the large pool and parking space. The welcome is warm and provides instructions and tips for visits, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay, during which we traveled to visit Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, Collioure, Minerve and many others. Regarding the accommodation, the separate toilet from the shower room is a real plus. There are the essentials on site (washing machine and clothes rack, kitchen accessories, dish towels, etc.).

We had a lovely stay at Celine's. The accommodation and the estate were spacious and very well maintained, the villa very comfortable. Céline was very responsive and welcoming. Recommended, thank you so much!

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful home! Everything was perfectly as described, or even better. The house is spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped — it immediately feels like home. The garden is a real plus, ideal for relaxing in peace. The village is quiet and pleasant. The host was available, welcoming and very responsive to our questions, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. We recommend this property without a second thought and will be happy to come back!

We felt at home! Christel is a friendly hostess and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly decorated and in a great condition. Accommodations like this one from Christel make vacations unforgettable. This was a great house surrounded by beautiful scenery close to the centre of the village. The host was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We had a great stay .

Beautiful equipped house, great amenities. Large and spacious rooms, completely independent. Comfortable bedding, well-maintained exterior. Tasteful decor, new furniture. Nice host, responsive, flexible. (Only small downside for the sofa a little small for 4 people) I highly recommend this listing! We'll come back if the opportunity arises.
