IMPORTANT In summer (June 21 to September 13, 2025) rentals only from Saturday to Saturday, thank you for your understanding. 27 m² ground floor apartment comprising a bedroom (2-person bed), 1 toilet and bathroom with shower, 1 camp bed for 1 person, 1 living room with 2-person sofa bed, TV, equipped kitchen (stove + oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker). Terrace and parking space. 7 min walk to shops and the beach. We want the cleaning to be done upon checkout (otherwise an extra charge will be applied)

Beachfront House

Pretty cottage facing the pond not overlooked, feet in the water and all without mosquitoes! In order to enjoy this magnificent view, a large terrace of 60m2 just for you with barbecue, sunbathing... The sea is 800 meters behind the pond! In front of the house, it is only the pond, sand, and in the distance the sea ...a small haven of peace. The interior is very functional: a living room with a 140 sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.

Pleasant studio with loggia, garden and private parking space in a quiet environment. Located on the edge of the channel that connects the port to the old village via the Gruissan ponds, it is close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, market, beach...), all accessible on foot and/or by bike. The apartment has 1 kitchen, 1 living room with its 140*190 2-seater foldaway bed, 2 single bunk beds 80*190, 1 shower room with washing machine, 1 separate toilet.

Apartment, completely renovated, located in a large QUIET and wooded pedestrian residence. CLOSE TO BEACH: 5-minute walk to the beach, port and restaurants. Shops nearby (15-20 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Very nice hikes starting from the foot of the building. Self-check-in and cleaning must be done by you at the end of your stay. Cleaning deposit of 10 euro included in the rental price and which will be refunded if the apartment is returned clean.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.

Very comfortable, the accommodation is composed of a living room with TV area, equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom upstairs, and a shaded garden. The place is great for a short trip or vacation.
