Felixstowe in Suffolk - 'The Blue Sky County' - a beautiful area to visit. Suffolk Sands is a small, relaxing park located right on the beach. Its stunning beach location offers a peaceful and tranquil setting and is an ideal location for exploring the area. Very close by there is the Nature reserve, including the Landguard peninsula. A traditional sea front and stunning pier with all the usual attractions. A very well served town centre with shops and restaurants. All within walking distance.

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!
