Beachfront vacation rentals in Felixstowe

Thanks James for allowing us use of the beautiful beach hut. We had a fantastic day at this lovely beach hut in Walton-on-the-Naze! As a family of four with two young daughters, it was the perfect base for a relaxing seaside day. The hut was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed—from chairs and crockery to games and umbrellas. Its location was ideal, just steps from the beach and close to cafes and toilets, which made things super convenient with kids. We enjoyed lunch with a sea view, plenty of sandcastle-building, and having a comfortable spot to retreat to when we needed shade or a snack. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and easy beach day!

The house was beautifully positioned/appointed with wonderful open plan living room and kitchen. bathrooms were all spotless, modern and well presented. Light, airy house with wonderful views of the surrounding sea. A special find, allowing good friends to enjoy some precious days walking and cycling in the glorious surrounding countryside. Host was very attentive and easy to contact - would highly recommend.

Great host and hut! Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach hut day in Felixstowe. Close to a lovely cafe and toilets plus a beautifully designed and comfortable interior.

Wow! Lee's place is bloody lovely. It had everything we could have needed. The garden was a great spot to sit in with a coffee & perfectly secure for our dog too. Thank you so much for the use of your home. And such a perfect place for beachy walks too; literally 5 mins walk to Dovercourt Beach, 10 mins walk down to the cafe & amusements (which my teen boys loved). We had a lovely break

Paul’s caravan was very comfortable and has plenty of utensils for everything you need, great walks for the dogs. No complaints there was four adults and three dogs,we all enjoyed our stay 😎

The unit was beautifully furnished, had all the amenities, and absolute the perfect location for access to the beach and the high street. Tom was an extremely responsive host , gave us good restaurant recommendations, and responded quickly to our queries. Thanks Tom.

We had an absolutely brilliant and relaxing stay – the accommodation was lovely and really well thought out. The beds were comfy, and we slept well throughout. One of the real highlights was the local wildlife – we were amazed by how close we got to nature, and being (lightly!) stalked by the cows definitely made us smile! Would love to come back soon.

We have stayed at Cooper's Beach before, but never in such a lovely motorhome. The motorhome was spotlessly clean, well appointed and modern - it felt quite luxurious! And that is before we factor in the location. It is perfectly positioned near all the amenities: the clubhouse, the pool, the playground and the beach. Rohan responded quickly to our queries and was an informative host. It was a great place to stay and we had a wonderful trip.

Had the best two nights at Tracy’s home from home. Was everything she had described, very comfortable I had the best two nights sleep. Close to the beach and you can see the sea from the van. Thank you I will be back 😊

Hazel’s place is a fantastic place, right on the beach front and short walk to the facilities in this lovely holiday park. Had everything that we needed, all clean and well equipped. 100% recommend!

We had a lovely family break in Clacton-on-Sea and couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the lodge. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the owner, who provided lots of helpful information about the area. The lodge itself was perfect for the three of us — it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with the added bonus of a lovely deck to enjoy the sunshine. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the pier and the beautiful beaches of Clacton. We highly recommend this lodge and would definitely stay again!

Nick is a great host and very proactive. he helped us with whatever we asked for. good caravan to stay.we had a great holiday with this stay.

We were in Felixstowe for a family emergency. Communication was very quick which was appreciated as it was all very short notice. We are familiar with the area and it’s well located with good access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was cosy and warm even though it was extremely cold outside when we were there.

We rented John’s hut to spend a day at the beach with friends. The hut was exactly as described and very well located, close to the cafesnand shops, the toilets, and the parking spaces. It contained everything you can need for a perfect day at the beach! Would definitely recommend it and would consider renting it again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgee’s lovely home. Everything was exactly as described and communication was great. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Our family had such a lovely stay in this very special place. Carol was a great host. The kids loved the bunk beds and felt right at home. The view is absolutely incredible and the house was well equipped. We would love to come back!

Rowland's place is a beautiful charming cottage right on the coast of West Mersea. The setting is stunning and he is an amazing friendly and communicative host. The location is right next to a pub which serves great food and lovely atmosphere. Other local amenities are also a short walk away. We (2 adults and two kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Wherry Cottage. Stuart has thought of everything and it's a very comfortable, practical and stylish little house. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view of the estuary in the morning was lovely. We particularly enjoyed the very generous welcome pack and great local recommendations from Stuart. Manningtree is charming and we found it very easy to do a lot without needing a car, including walking to the beautiful nature reserves around Wrabness and getting the train back to Mistley, and walking to Dedham and back along the river via Flatford. Highly recommend!

Just got home from and amazing weekend away at our happy place..... Felixstowe! We were greeted by our hosts Anthea and Dennis who were really lovely. Their holiday home was really beautiful and spacious and very clean. We stayed with two 12 year olds girls who also loved the space and not to mention having Internet!! Also a real treat....there was a bath!! Which i enjoyed with a glass of wine at the end of the day. This was our first visit to their lovely holiday home and im already planning the next.

Very nice flat for our visit to Felixstowe. Spacious, comfortable and all the amenities. Great location on the sea front, I hope we get to stay here again on future visits.
