The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

This spacious, self-contained, one bedroom flat occupies the basement of a period family home on the cliff top above the Spa Pavilion in Felixstowe. The promenade and beach can be accessed within a few minutes via steps in front of the property. The town centre is 3 minutes walk from the back gate. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The living room has a TV and 2 sofas one of which is a sofa bed. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and there is a well equipped kitchen diner.
