Monthly Rentals in Fatih

This is our first trip to Turkey, and I am just happy that we were lucky to meet such wonderful, responsive people as Vedat and Omer! The location of the apartment turned out to be ideal: only 7 minutes to the metro, and on foot to Hagia Sophia - about 25. The apartment itself is modest, but very clean, cozy and comfortable. I really like the atmosphere and the vibe of the neighborhood around - lively, colorful, real. We walked back here late at night and always felt safe, although the neighborhood may look different. It can also be noisy sometimes, but it didn't bother us at all. On the contrary, it added a sense of real city life. There are many grocery stores and a laundry nearby, and on the terrace of the neighboring Palmera Old City (which also belongs to Vedat) you can eat a delicious breakfast with a view of the city and the sea, which even the smallest grandmother can cook! I already understand that next time we will gladly return here. Thank you for the warm welcome! 🫶🏻

I had an amazing stay! The accommodation was just as described – clean, comfortable and with all the amenities I needed. Ayse was very friendly, available and helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out and all the little touches that made the stay extra nice. Highly recommended – I would love to come back!

The place overall is very nice, I especially enjoyed the terrace end neighborhood. But its very noisy because of children playing and the mosque. Also the bedroom it has light entering in early morning so you wake up at 6. During the summer would be impossible to live in because of no AC. Its plenty of poop of cats right outside the main door. But overall I think it was worth it and I still enjoyed it because of the terrace and the nice neighborhood. The host is also very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Istanbul. The flat is very spacious, stylish, and tastefully designed. It’s clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is great and convenient for exploring the city. The host is amazing — very kind, responsive, and always ready to help. She made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Even my children loved the place — they felt right at home. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely love to stay here again!
