Abo Yassin and Mohammed are very helpful and nice people. I was helped in every matter and always supported us. The rooms are very clean and the stay was great.

Celim, our house manager, was great. He immediately responded and followed up quickly with issues we experienced. As advertised, the view and location was great. The kitchen was adequate, but not conducive to cooking a meal. Stairway to the 4th floor apartment is 72 steps which could be a problem for some, but not us. We have been to Istanbul many times, and we would happily stay there again.

Balcony is an advantage but a bit noisy during the day, but when you close the door it’s quiet inside. Muro also allowed access to the building roof which is great! Great place to crash. Everything is around from grocery stores to pharmacies, local food shops, anything that comes to mind is within a walkable distance. 10 min walk to metro, bus stop, and 10 min walk to the sea front. Many touristic sites around, Muro provided a touristic map.

Had a great stay at Ilyas’s place! He was super friendly and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. Really appreciated the late check-out too. The area is awesome — lots of great cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner. Just a heads-up: getting to the house involves quite a few steps and some ups and downs, so it can be a bit tricky if you’ve got heavy luggage or travelling with older people. But once you’re there, it’s totally worth it. Thanks again, Ilyas!

Can went out of his way to be an attentive and helpful host. He was proactive sending me lots of information to make my stay comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting Istanbul. It was such a shame to leave but if I were to return to Istanbul, I would be booking this wonderful apartment again.
