Vacation rentals with a patio in Fatih

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Great host! Was super responsive and held our luggage during our last day. New appartement with fabulous views on the ocean and Sultanahmet, neighbourhoods close to taxis and restaurants.

What a great stay we had in this loft apartment. 2 bedrooms, very neat and tidy. Fantastic views from the balcony. Central location, surrounded by restaurants and shops. We were very happy with all communications, made it easy. The apartment was the same as the photos.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

The accommodation was very good and as described directly on the Galataturm, from which you also had a beautiful view from the balcony in the evening. Mehmet organized a transfer from and to the airport for us. The transfer was not very cheap with a total of €130, but it was very straightforward and recommended if you are in Istanbul for the first time and do not know your way around. Communication with Mehmet was also very friendly and I highly recommend the Airbnb! We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Selim's place was in a great location. Short walk from all the old town attractions. Selim was himself quick to respond, accommodated an early check in for us! Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great Host and great apartment in beautiful place

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

I had a great experience staying at Çağla’s place in Istanbul. The apartment is located in the Fatih district, a charming and historic area with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many key sights. There’s also a parking lot just 100 meters away, which was very convenient. The home was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Çağla was an amazing host — friendly, responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Çağla!

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great time in Istanbul in this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a stone's throw from the Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to access the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is undoubtedly one of the best locations to discover Istanbul. Loved our stay in Istanbul at Aaron’s apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed, the fireplace was awesome as well, the staff he has supplied wood for the entire time we were there. The staff and Aaron were very well communicators, will stay again if we come back to Istanbul!

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

Mr. Tevfik was extremely caring. He thought of all the needs at home and even more. The view and location of the house is great. The house was clean, definitely recommended. I couldn't find anything to break the score, frankly.😁

The apartment was spotless and quiet, with beautiful views from the terrace. The location is perfect for exploring Cihangir and beyond. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Everything was perfect; I would gladly come back!

The place is better than the pictures! Really nice design and attention to detail. The location is perfect, you couldn’t ask for better, the Cihangir neighbourhood has some great restaurants and you’re just off Taksim square and the Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again any time!!
