Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge which has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

The loft is spacious with two beds, two sofa beds and a pull out double bed. Bed linens and towels are included. Shower with toilet and small kitchen is in the loft. Patio with barbecue where we agree with charcoal. Whether you come one or more of you, you rent the loft without more people living there. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
