Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

The apartment was very well decorated and designed … especially if you’re a Ducks fan! The green and yellow sports theme pervades, and the TV is HUGE! The bed was very comfortable and the hosts were extremely responsive and flexible. Great location in Downtown Eugene with a view of Eugene’s “Castle on a hill” right out the window. You will have to walk up 1 level of stairs to get up to the apartment - not a big deal unless stairs present a problem. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and a very pretty spot. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained and stocked well with amenities. I loved the little treat basket on the counter with some snacks. We were attending events at Hayward Field and found the walk there and back enjoyable. Just to note, it is an up hill walk back. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family if they are ever in the area and we look forward to our next stay there.

A super location for visiting our daughter at UO. The decor is unique, artistic, and a bit quirky. The music system is amazing, not like any other Airbnb where we’ve stayed. We felt so comfortable here that we already booked it again for our next visit

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.

Yvonne's place was perfect for me. The price was outstanding and the apartment was just right. My schedule was complicated and Yvonne was fantastic to make sure all went smooth for me at check in. Definitely checking with her on my next visit to Eugene for another stay. Thank you Yvonne

Dave’s place was clean, adorable, peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay here! It has a flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues, it wouldn’t be a good choice. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it was clean and nicely stocked. The bathroom shower was lovely and was well stocked with towels, etc. The bed was comfy with the softest, warmest bedding. We’d go back in a heartbeat! The setting is surrounded by trees and the lake. It’s a great get-away, and so peaceful. Loved it!

I have traveled a lot. This place sits at the top of my AirBnb list. Everything was as mentioned. Clean, homey. Not enough words to describe. 10/10 would recommend

This property was great for us. We stayed for 6 nights. Only downside was road construction around the area but this was not in host's control. Bakery was fantastic. Inside, the unit was pristine. All new or renovated. Clean. Super-clean. Bed very comfortable (I am 6'2"). HVAC worked great. Easy parking on street, tight squeeze in the available single garage - small car would be fine. Kelly was respectful, quiet, and when I accidentally bumped into him on the property I had a nice chat with him. Excellent host! We will definitely re-book if we are in the area and need accommodations.

This is the type of Airbnb that you want no one to find out about. You hesitate to write a review because you are always hoping it is available when you are searching. It is simply the best. The apartment is well decorated, comfortable, and spotless. Everything you would want or need is there and then some. Traci thought through most everything. The bed is very comfortable as is the living room furniture. It is the perfect setup. The hosts, Traci, Frank and their dog Buck are the perfect hosts. Kind, helpful, and just terrific. You would be lucky to meet all of them. The location is very close to Springfield. It is not in Springfield, but this may be the greatest draw of this Airbnb. You have easy access to town, but are adjacent to the McKenzie River and the Walterville Canal - great walk or run with stunning surroundings. I checked out today and wish I was still staying there. It is one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. Excellent for any length of stay! Go Birds!

T'awna and Daniel have created a special place, especially for those who are coming in to interact with the hospital in some form or fashion. The 5 minute walk to the hospital amongst beautiful trees and grass fields was always peaceful and transformative and it put me in a great space to show up for my loved ones. There is life and activity all around...kids playing, animals roaming, general farming occurring...but the studio feels very private and my moments of contemplation or rest, at any time of the day, were never disturbed. It is a small space, that is thoughtfully laid out, beautifully appointed, and big on heart. All that plus waking up to the sunrise and realizing there is a family of donkeys grazing nearby...well, that's the cherry on top :)

I made somewhat of a last minute plan to visit my son, a UO senior in Eugene, and see a football game. I was lucky enough to find Lia’s place in a neighborhood I like, a short walk to downtown, some good breweries and restaurants and close to transit. Although it’s a basement apartment, the place had windows and plenty of natural light. It was sparsely but adequately furnished and had great internet. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment but it was comfortable and a good space to relax when not visiting my son.

Perfect space for what we needed, which was a place to stay to attend a wedding. It’s very modern but still has a cozy home away from home feeling. Having appliances to cook and do laundry was awesome and the hosts were so sweet and responsive. Worth the stay for the proximity to everything and the care the hosts put into it.

Great place to stay! It was right in the middle of everything we needed while in town! Damon was extremely proactive, and friendly! Definitely will book with him again, even though we are a couple of Hufflepuffs and Slytherins 😉
