This one bedroom home is located in south Eugene close to campus. Easy access to I-5, minutes away from the U of O, walking distance to a locally owned grocery store, restaurants, wine shop, & one of Eugene's favorite parks w/ playground, running trails & public pool in summer. There's plenty of space to sleep up to four people, a full kitchen for preparing meals, & a large desk space & fast Wi-Fi for working from home during your trip. This home has all you need for an excellent stay in Eugene!

At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Awesome location! We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.
