Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Etruscan Coast

Very comfortable experience, the Host uncle will personally welcome us to check in, even if we are late, he is still warm and welcoming, and gave us a guide with detailed travel and living information, and allowed us to check out later.The house is very distinctive and tasteful, it is an old house but it is quite clean.I slept on the sofa bed for two days and slept very well!The house is right next to the old bridge, easy to get around, recommended!

The guide from Firenze station to the house was very straight forward and it allowed me to get out of the station very quickly. The house was extremely clean, the bedding, the bathroom, everything was impeccably clean. The only regret was that there was no elevator, but I already knew about it in advance so it wasn't a problem. The instructions for use in the accommodation were also very easy to read and the host's friendly smile and guidance will be a memory that I will remember for a long time. I put your handmade magnet on my refrig.

This accommodation was suitable for 7 people. The host communicated actively before the visit and helped to avoid any inconvenience. The check-in time was delayed due to transportation issues, but the host welcomed us warmly and explained the accommodation without any inconvenience. The location wasn't close to the center of the city, but it was nice to have our own time in peace. Plenty of towels were provided, and the accommodation was spacious and clean, so there was no problem.

Enzo embodies hospitality. He welcomed us with so much warmth, loaded the refried with complementary drinks, and gave us coupons for restaurants and the block. Enzo communication is expecsional as a host. He's always available whenever we reached out. Enzo is an expesional host and we felt at home at his place. Great location, easy to walk off the train and right across the street to the residence. The building was quiet and you’d never know it was close to the train station. Safe entry, walking distance to everything in Florence, and was grateful that Emmanuela met us at the property and gave us instructions on how to enter the building and how to use the amenities in the house. From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Very good stay. The house is very nice and the views are beautiful. From the house, we were able to visit Pisa, Siena and Volterra, three magical cities. We were blown away for a whole week.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Thank you to our beautiful host for making the week so perfect. Ciao!

The apartment is only 3 mins walk from the train station, 5 mins to SMN train station, and there are many trains.The apartment is very tidy, no noise at night, Patrizia is really a very kind host, warmly welcomed me, and recommended me a lot of places, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence!

This fantastic apartment is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the train station, making it easy to get around. It's also within walking distance of the main attractions. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful, truly enhancing our overall experience during the stay.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

The views are breathtaking from all rooms, especially from the balcony, which became our favorite spot. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the main points of interest. Super well-equipped apartment, we didn't miss anything, with everything you need for cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Mirko and his family were exceptional hosts. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to!

We had a wonderful stay, we even decided to extend! Francesca was lovely and super helpful, she gave us lots of recommendations for the area as well as the rest of our trip. She even helped us book a place at restaurants in the area. The kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning. We felt right at home and had a great stay!

Great location very close to train station , very clean condo ,variety of many restaurants & shops all within 10 minutes walk, & very responsive host. If you're sensitive to city noise keep in mind the building is on a busy street. (It didn't bother us at all) . I think the shower stall is a bit tight/small for bigger than normal size people ( I am a petite woman ) The beds were firm & we were so tired at the end of as each day we were out sightseeing , it didn't matter to us . We didn't cook anything but the kitchen had plenty of utensils ,pans dishes etc for 4 people .The washing machine & drying rack was great to have and the a/c cooled down the place very well! The city center of La Spezia itself was a nice spot to walk around as well. Grocery store next door very convenient . Overall a great choice for a base to visit Cinque Terre & I would stay here again .
