Traditional townhouse in Bouzigues were you will enjoy the one bedroom apartment located at the top floor. The apartment has a terrace with just the water in front of you. You will see the oyster production facilities and as well the lights from Meze and Sete in the evening. The terrace has no vis à vis and you will enjoy 100% privacy. Location is right on the waters of Bouzigues. To the airport Bezier it is 30 km, to Girona 200 km, and to Marseille 200km. Sète and Balaruc are both nearby.

Waterfront in the South

Better than a swimming pool: the Etang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. We bathe there, safely (shallow depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point advancing on the pond, but which remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it gives to the west on the pond and its sunsets, and to the east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).

Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice. Two parking spots, secured on the villa.
