There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

We invite you to a place in the very center of Ełk, a 5-minute walk from the lakeside promenade and local attractions. Restaurants by the lake, water equipment and bicycle rental. The apartment was renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with new furniture, kitchen and bathroom. It is bright, sunny and spacious. Perfect for family vacations and weekend getaways. The place is quiet, in the second line of buildings. Very close to a bakery, cafe, grocery stores, greengrocer and home-made dinners.

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Welcome to a new, all-season holiday home in Masuria. The house has 160m2, a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and a terrace. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, it is close to restaurants and the city center. The price includes a parking space in the garage. In addition, two bicycles are available to guests. Great place for remote work (fast Wi-Fi available). Great place to relax. I offer airport transfer for a fee.
