We only had one night in Nederland, but Hannah’s place made it unforgettable! It was easy to find, perfectly located, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The space itself has a warm, cozy vibe that immediately made us feel at home. We really appreciated the local guidebook she put together—thanks to her recommendations, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in town, just a peaceful and scenic walk away. The patio was a highlight too—sipping wine while taking in the view was the perfect way to unwind. Both the couch and bed were super comfortable, and the space was more than enough for the two of us. We truly wish we had more time there, and we’d absolutely stay again if we return to the area!

This tiny house was as cute and quaint as the entire town of Ned. They used the limited space well. Amy and Betty were very kind and welcoming. Be sure you’re comfortable going up and down a ladder to go to bed and that you don’t mind sitting sideways on the toilet.

We stayed for 5 weeks, during the hottest part of the summer. At this elevation it doesn't really get too hot and it cools down at night. They have 2 air chillers that work well for warm days, we didn't feel like we needed A/C. The kitchen was well stocked, we used the grill a lot to cook outside on the warm evenings, nice to have a covered patio on the days with the early evening thunderstorms that are common in the Rockies. Loved walking the Fraser River trail and enjoyed watching the wildlife below us from the balcony. The only negative was the train sound. We were full time RVers for 8.5 years, have camped near other train tracks & use a white noise sound overnight, usually train sounds don't bother us. Here however, because the trains going downhill w/ their brakes being applied continually, it was much louder than we expected. If we closed the windows it wasn't as bad, but since it was summer and the windows were open our sleep was frequently disturbed.
