Where do we begin? We’ve been traveling for a month and this has been by far our greatest location and host. We were personally welcomed to her home and shown everything we needed to know about how to use the space. She even had a wonderful bottle of wine and croissants waiting for us! She took the time to show us a map of the local area, where all her favorite places were located, and how to use the bus line and metro! Her home is beautiful and so comfortable! You will have everything you need while you are there. The patio area is lovely and very private. We felt very safe at all times in this part of the old town. We didn’t want to leave! If you are even thinking of staying here…do it! It’s a wonderful, comfortable place with a very special host. Thank you so much for everything!!

We had a wonderful stay of three nights at Raul's apartment in Xàbia. Communication beforehand and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could easily take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: The sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with direct views of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all – perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Perfect location, close by metro to get into the city center and the apartment was really lovely. Clean, well-stocked with welcome drinks and bites, etc. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy, variable and uncomplicated. The hosts were available at all times, even at night, and made a carefree vacation possible. The apartment looked like the pictures and was super modern. This apartment is the perfect choice for a holiday in Valencia!

We really liked the comfort and accessibility, the ocean views and direct beach access. The apartment is very comfortable, with a fairly large terrace. We extended for one more night, as we were very comfortable. The host was very attentive during the stay, and also offered us very clear instructions for check-in.

First off, let me say that Juan goes way beyond in communications and willingness to be there for you. He left us a couple of beers and some Danishes for a welcome and our first breakfast. He came by and said hello, something I had never experienced from a host. The apartment is on the 11th floor and the view of the Mediterranean is spectacular. The apartment has an air unit but we opened the doors at both ends of the place and had a cooling breeze the entire time. The property is walking distance to a large well stocked grocery store as well as many choices in dining experiences. I marked a 4 on "easy to find" only because I do not know Spanish and there are similar looking buildings in the area. This is not Juan's fault. Once you get your bearings, it is really an outstanding location. Beds are comfortable and beach equipment was provided. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I find myself in the Valencia area again!

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

A stroke of luck. We had to book a place very spontaneously and a few hours later we were already in Almudena's apartment. Right on the beach, great pool, plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large terrace - perfect for us! The furnishings and amenities are great and everything was sparkling clean. If you want to spend a relaxing week away from the tourist hustle and bustle, this is the place to be!

👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also big enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing social lounge/kitchen. Within walking distance of the port and arenal. The apartment has everything you need and more. Kenny was super helpful and when we had an issue and Kenny responded to my message in minutes and fixed the issue straight away. We will definitely be going back next year .

A very comfy and well equipped house!

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

The accommodation is cozy and practical to spend a few quiet days and enjoy the beach. Gisela was very kind and recommended several places. We had several mishaps during the trip and she was very understanding. It was the first time we traveled with our baby and the accommodation was perfectly equipped, we didn't have to carry so many things. We appreciate your patience and attention. We had a great time.

It was an incredible vacation in a new comfortable apartment! Three adults and three children were resting, there was enough space for everyone! The apartment is nice, comfortable and equipped with everything you need! The hosts are pleasant, responsive and responsible! They immediately responded to my requests and provided everything I needed immediately! I am very grateful to them! I recommend the accommodation! I will definitely come back here again!
