Bars and restaurants 1 km away. Ideal for families looking for tranquility. Suitable for remote work with a 50mg wifi that can be used at 100mg. Very comfortable even in winter with a pellet fireplace.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
