Newly-built (2023) property with three separate apartments with all the comforts. South facing home with magnificent views of Lake Mälaren. Close to bus and Stockholm city. Grocery store in cycling distance. 1 bedroom apartment, bathroom and kitchen (total 32m2). Private patio with evening sun. In the bedroom 1 double bed (140 cm wide) and in the kitchen 1 bunk bed with two beds (for people no longer than 175 cm). Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and stove with induction stove and oven. Underfloor heating and fireplace.

Unwind in this quiet and rural home. The house is built in 2021 and has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, sleeping loft with double bed, bed sofa bed bed, nice breakfast porch as well as patio in best sun mode. Mälaren and possibility for swimming is 800m away, Troxhammar golf club is 300m away and beautiful excursion areas with forests for mushrooms and berry picking are just around the corner from the house. Bus stop 200m from the house, about 30 minutes by car from town. Parking next to the house.

Modern new guesthouse located in brilliant south facing right by the shore. The house has fully equipped kitchen, good wifi, a bathroom with washer/dryer, bedroom as well as loft. Directly adjacent there are two terraces and in front of the house a lawn from where you can dip your feet in Lake Mälaren. Parking is available and it is 250 meters to the bus stop. The home is last house on a quiet dead street. Perfect starting point for excursions such as Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

Nice cottage near Drottningholm

A charming and newly built cottage, 10 minutes by car or bus from Drottningholm Palace, Ekerö municipality. Here you stay alone or max two people (extra fee). The bed is new and 105 cm wide. An extra mattress on the floor can be arranged if needed. The rent includes sheets, towels and final cleaning. You have access to a smaller patio if you wish. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
