unique pied-à-terre in surry hills

My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

Yet to have professional photos so current photos don’t do it justice, looks much nicer in real life. 2 minute walk to Edgecliff Station , 5 min walk to designer shops & restaurants in Double Bay. Double Bay is a stylish harbourside enclave on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour. The apartment is located in a charming and very well kept art deco building. Marmle entry, wooden panels all this is part of the typical charm of the building. Our apartment is very well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As we love to sleep well while we are away from home we invested in a first quality bed, mattress and a very quiet sleeping bed room :)! Love a good bed and quietness!

East facing rear yard with north facing windows mean you will be drenched in sunlight right throughout the day. And those amazing west facing windows mean your views of Rushcutters Bay & the city are completely uninhibited. A perfect serine location to take in the beauty of Rushcutters Bay. Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Quiet leafy outlook on culdesac street. Constiata doors overlook our private garden and pool. Peaceful, leafy quiet sanctuary. 2 min to train, bus, restaurants and bars. Internet access. Please also be advised the entrance sliding door is also used by elderly mother and not lockable. Bedroom is lockable.
