Peaceful haven of calm and tranquility, with the most friendly and helpful hosts, and what a view! We loved our few days at The Lookout.

Lovely, well-decorated apartment - easy stay for two people. Only a five-minute walk down to the seafront and close to the Pier, and only a ten-minute walk to the Laines. Fair warning that staying in the summer means you'll want to bring a fan or sleep with the window open. The front window opens onto the street, so it's not great to leave open at night, but it's lovely during the day. Some people smoke in the alley behind the apartment, so it's also occasionally not great with the open bedroom window.

Deborah was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the area. Her apartment is beautiful with lovely sea views and was really welcoming and comforting. We had a wee accident with the sofa and Deborah was super understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this flat more! The area is super lovely, lots of independent bars and restaurants and only a 25 min walk from Hastings

Close to the beach and pier

Had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, the flat was beautiful and the communication from Emilia was great. Would definitely recommend it!

Carla and Pete were the perfect hosts. You knew they were on site should you need them but your space was perfectly private. The property was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped and contained a lot of helpful store cupboard essentials. The bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have slept in and good storage for clothes etc. Nice bathroom and great shower, with a good array of complimentary toiletries. The lounge area was very cosy. Comfortable sofa and dining room table overlooking the patio with sea view. Wi-fi etc was very easy to set up and worked well. Outside the patio is great with plenty of seating and colourful planting. The sea is just at the bottom of the garden and easy access to the promenade a couple of minutes away. The welcome hamper was both excellent and very generous. Both Carla and her husband were super-friendly and helpful and Danny (their puppy) was adorable. I would 100% recommend this property and would love to return for another holiday.

This apartment was one of the most comfortable and considered I have stayed in on Airbnb. Lovingly put together, the interior is attractive and detail orientated, and made us feel very at home. The location couldn't be better, we had a great time and excellent stay.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Absolutely perfect stay in Brighton. The place was exactly how described and was perfect for what we were looking for. The free parking is such a bonus and caught my eye when I was searching for a place. The flat is super comfy with everything you need. Will was a 5 star host who was always so quick to reply and even got us a parking permit as we were down in Brighton earlier then the check in time. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Philip’s place. The location is incredible - right on the beach and within walking distance to all of Brighton’s main attractions. Lots of parking (including for EVs) close by. Philip met us when we arrived and provided us with a nice basket of goodies to welcome us. The bed was comfy and the place felt very homely. Would recommend for anyone visiting Brighton!

Anna’s flat is perfect for a seaside break. Amazing view overlooking the sea, easy access to the beach and promenade into Hastings. Flat looks just like it does in pictures, is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the weekend. Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants within minutes and free on street parking available. Anna was very responsive.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Great few days visiting family in the area.

We had a lovely stay at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. The photos were accurate and the view was just as stunning in person. As a family of four, we really appreciated the space—the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any messages. Although the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—if anything, it’s a good excuse to come back and enjoy it again in better weather!

Such a beautiful and homely flat in a quiet, residential stretch of Brighton, easily within walking distance from the city centre. Clare is incredibly helpful and accommodating and we had such a lovely stay. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely beautiful property to relax and unwind. The apartment had everything we needed to make dinner and fully enjoy our stay. Having the beach right on our doorstep was a massive bonus! We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s flat. The space was beautifully presented and spacious - even more so in real life than the photos show - and was very clean. Nicola was also accommodating with our arrival time and offered great local recommendations. We hope to stay again!

Gorgeous flat, beautifully furnished, with every detail well thought through. Near Hastings Castle and West Hill, some slightly steep bits if walking. Very peaceful. Had a great weekend.

Beverly‘s flat is incredibly charming and tucked away in a quiet street of the old town, with direct access to the Hastings Country Park. The view onto the old town is really one of a kind and it feels like you are looking out onto a postcard! I had a wonderful time in the flat, the living room is beautifully decorated, the kitched is new and has everything you need, and the old town is only a 5 minute walk away. Bevery has also been so kind to provide lots of recommendations for the area, which I found very useful.
