Named after the founder of Pennsylvania who once lived here, It’s located in our 16th century country house, which is a 20 minute walk from the Beach.

Holly Cottage is a charming, grade two listed cottage with lots of character and a cosy feel. It is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the village of Iden, East Sussex. The village store is a short walk away and is loved by locals. Rye Station and historic town with great shops/restaurants is a 7 minute drive, while Rye Harbour/Nature reserve or Camber Sands beach is a 15 minute drive. Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.
