Well lit, the space is very homey, with a full queen sleeper sofa and extra comfortable beds. The open layout makes the loft feel roomy and very spacious. Guests are allowed to use the entire upstairs garage apartment as well as the back yard if they would like. This historic neighborhood couldn't be more convenient to the Nashville hotspots—it's right off the interstate yet tucked away to get that neighborly feel. Taxis are also available and of course there is parking next to the unit if you bring your own transportation.

Open floor plan to gather. Guests have access to the street level and deck on back of house. Please do not use the basement area or back driveway. This is your space and I will be giving you complete personal space. If you need anything feel free to call, text, or email. This friendly neighborhood is in a great location in the heart of East Nashville. It is walkable to the famous Five Points Area, and about a mile from the stadium and downtown hot spots. There is a ‘ring doorbell’ at the house. No other cameras. Uber will get you anywhere in the city in minutes or you can easily walk to restaurants, bars, parks.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

Walking distance to downtown, FIve Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
