House vacation rentals in East Nashville

Very spacious home with a lovely sweeping yard and a pool. We fished right off the small dock and my son was delighted that he just kept pulling them in every time he dropped a line. The house is equipped with everything you need and the location is fantastic - close to the highway and Nashville but it still feels like a getaway. Highly recommend!

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Anthony is an amazing host, he made the stay super easy and had awesome recommendations for Nashville! Would highly recommend this spot!

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

Five stars all the way around. The place was clean and perfect for just me and my wife. There was also bunkbeds if we ever want to bring the family. It is 2 miles from Broadway. About a 45 minute walk. But there’s a great breakfast restaurant and a great pizza place right around the corner from the house.Also a great place to do my Crossfit workouts in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The space is super clean, very well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It felt safe and cozy from the moment we walked in. The location is perfect—just 11 minutes to Broadway and sightseeing, and only 15 minutes to BNA International Airport. Highly recommend this charming and comfortable home for your next Nashville trip!

We had a multi-generational trip and Steven's house was perfect for this. For my elderly parents with mobility issues, the first floor was very easy to move around with a walker. The teenagers had the entire upstairs to themselves, with their own tv and bathroom and kitchen, so they loved having their own space. I would highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight trip to Nashville & our stay in this perfect place! It was in a good location and nice neighborhood. All instructions were helpful & easy to follow & we SO appreciated Jason calling us before check in just to touch base & he gave us some much-appreciated great recommendations! The place was so nice & having three bedrooms was a plus. Nice space and decor too. We loved playing some video games and especially enjoyed the nice coffee maker ready for a great cup of coffee in the morning. The landscaping & gardens are so beautiful we enjoyed sitting out front in the shade with our coffee in this peaceful place. Jason was more than accommodating, helpful & kind and we would love to stay again if we’re back in Nashville!!

We loved staying at Katie’s place and hope we get a chance to stay there again! Great, walkable location in East Nashville with easy access to downtown - the home itself is spacious and nice with a beautiful backyard, good WiFi, and a comfortable bed. 10/10

Me and family We're only gonna spend 1 day in Nashville.Tennessee. We're headed to Florida for vacation but decided to stay at extra day. Because the house was so comfortable, beautiful and clean we felt right at home. I hated to leave. If you're looking for a home away from home this is the spot.

Val’s place is so lovely. It’s a beautiful cottage that is clean and very comfortable. The back yard is lovely and the kitchen is well stocked (there were even birthday candles in one of the drawers!). The signage around the house is clear for WiFi and heating and checking out etc. and most conveniently for us it’s only a few blocks from family. It’s a quiet residential community that is away from the hustle and bustle (would be not very convenient without a car!). But is well stocked with wine glasses and such if you wanted your own get away. I suspect we’ll be back!

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay! Home was just as it appeared in the photos and even larger than expected. Is located right off a busy street, but otherwise the location is very convenient and the drive to downtown is easy. Great place to stay to escape the commotion of downtown and found many great restaurants and breweries nearby!

We had an amazing time! Perfect size for our group and within walking distance of stores/restaurants as well.

The hosts were friendly and helpful with check-in and site instructions. House was clean and inviting. Location is quiet and appears to be in a good area with neighbors walking their dogs and children in the evenings. Would recommend.

This was my second time staying at bridget’s Place. It is absolutely perfect……clean, comfortable, quiet, in a great neighborhood, and close to everything. This place checks all the boxes.
