The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with private access & courtyard Patio in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The River Bourne runs close by. Our bright and sunny annex has 2 spacious double bedrooms with 2 superking size beds that can also be split into 4 single beds if requested. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower.
