Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Bay Township

Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

Clean, stylish, well-appointed house comfortably accommodated our whole family. Location is ideal - very easy to get anywhere in TC. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The grocery store is very close by. The living room and rec room are very spacious and comfortable. Quarter bath is a disproportionate bonus - really comes in handy with a larger group in the house! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall great property, comfy beds, close to lots of activities, great host communication, had everything family needed for a long weekend trip.

The house worked great for what we needed! The hot tub does have a leak so we had to fill it up with water when we arrived and wait for it to warm up before using. Worked great after! House had everything we needed and conveniently located close to town. The road is a little busy and the road noise is quite loud, but not annoyingly loud. Zack was easy to work with and overall was great!

Had such a nice stay in Traverse city! This condo was in a great location near downtown, the beach, and wineries. It was the perfect amount of space for my friends and I. It was nice and tidy and Mark provided clear instructions for everything. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had a great stay in this beautiful oasis! We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Traverse City. Angela was great to communicate with and proactively addressed any needs we had. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view and beach were amazing!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Dave was extremely responsive when I needed and even left a bottle of Mawby in the fridge. It was a great way to start a work conference in TC. I highly recommend any of his locations!

We loved this apartment! It was clean, the bed was comfy and the decor was charming. Parking is right on site and check in was a breeze - we had no issues. We walked to downtown TC - about a 10-15 minute leisurely walk. The neighborhood is stunning - beautiful homes. I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a weekend trip that was very clean upon arrival. Enjoyed the convenient location with easy parking, and being a short drive to downtown. Instructions made for an easy check-in and stay at Robert’s place!

We loved everything about this stay! The condo was very clean, well cared for, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Traverse!

Overall the stay was amazing!! Just watching the sunset and watching the sunrise. Was so beautiful, it felt just like home I even wnt zipping in Boyne and the drive up there was beautiful. I will be back Thank you my husband birthday was perfect

Place was great! Had no issues at all, host was fantastic as well and provided clear instructions, communicated all details prior to check in, and I have no doubt IF we had any issues Lisa would respond quickly. I would highly recommend the stay if you're looking for a nice quiet getaway with great downtown access and parking. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time in Michigan and Traverse city and we felt right at home in Natalia’s AirBnb. This place was honestly one of the best AirBnb’s I have ever stayed at in almost 20 years of using this service. The place is spacious, spotless and well equipped. Natalia has almost everything you can think of for amenities in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The place has a designer’s touch and looks like it could be featured in Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. The other bonus is how close the place is to all the restaurants and waterfront. Don’t even hesitate to book her AirBnb. Highly recommended and this is coming from a picky person!

Basic accommodations, walk able to the lake and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and were comfortable throughout the trip. Having a parking spot was really nice.

This was our first time to Traverse City and we lucked up finding this condo on the beach/water! It was decorated so cute with modern/clean touches. Very easy to enter/leave with press-lock. The bed is SO comfortable. We were very appreciative of the 'Welcome' book with recommendations of things to do/places to see around Traverse. Would definitely book here again!
