Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Our townhouse is in Dutchman`s Bay, a suburb of Nelson Bay on Port Stephens.It is north facing with beautiful views of the bay.It gets a cool breeze in the summer and warm sun in the winter.Dutchies beach, which is secluded and safe for children, is an easy walk down steps in front of our unit.The area has great facilities including a heated swimming pool, lovely beaches and other aquatic facilities.There are 2 golf courses,several bowling clubs, plenty of restaurants and 2 shopping centres.

Located at street level, this apartment has bedroom with ensuite and combined lounge room / kitchenette. It has separate entry from the main house. This accommodation is private, very quiet and only a short walk to local beaches and Nelson Bay shops and marina. It is close to hotels, restaurants, golf courses, clubs and shops. New appliances and comfortable modern furnishings and queen size bed make it a modern, pleasant space suitable for an enjoyable getaway. Fans make the place cool.

Enjoy this beautiful water vista from an elevated location with level access to your accommodation and parking. Only a short stroll to Fly Point beach and Nelson Bay village. Offering a generous balcony with fantastic water views and stunning sunsets and dolphins will swim by. The balcony has a gate so it is safe for kids and dogs. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed, second with 2 King singles. Currently there is a construction site next door which are are nearing completion.
