Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown Memphis

The home was perfect for our group of five. The description was very accurate and we were even more impressed in person. It was so welcoming. I loved every bit of the decor, especially the doggy paper towel holder haha! Entire home was cozy even the front porch. Will stay here again if available!

We had a fantastic stay at Dwan's place! He was a great host and provided us with a welcoming and comfortable experience. The house was clean and well-maintained. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Zach and Maxwell's place was just perfect for our needs. It is a beautifully remodeled home in the Central Gardens Historic District, and importantly to us, close to Rhodes College. Zach checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. He was very responsive and courteous. We were grateful to have the use of the garage. This helped us move our daughter out of the dorm and keep the car packed overnight. The home was modernly furnished and had all the amenities we needed (for a family of 5). The staircase had lights that allowed us to travel downstairs easily at night. I particularly enjoyed the record player and old Elvis albums! My mother enjoyed sitting in the backyard with a book and looking at the plants. The home is close to a variety of restaurants as well as a Kroger's, if you choose to cook. If you are traveling to Memphis, this is the perfect home for you!

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

Great location if looking to stay in the island. Quiet and safe neighborhood with great accommodations.

This was my first experience in a Airbnb and Morgan made my experience very enjoyable. Morgan responded promptly whenever I had a question and she was always pleasant and willing to assist.

Dane's place was exactly as promised. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. My group had a wonderful time. The AC is cold (in the best kind of way) and each room has a ceiling fan. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the beds are comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The location is conveniently close to the downtown area without being in the middle of the noise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Truly a lovely, cozy airbnb. Well-appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. Would like to stay again for an extended time. I highly recommend it!

This place was in the heart of mid town! Very walkable area. Right next to a great restaurant. The space was clean and beautiful and spacious! we will definitely be using this place when we visit again!

Our stay at Franck & Kristin's place. There was a storm going on the morning of the second day and we didn't even know. Their place was quiet and secure. We felt very safe. It was convenient and walkable to the convention center. We would definitely stay again.

Clear instructions, described well. Only the laundry was different than the pics. Perfect for one person who needs a simple space to relax and stay. Will be back

I had a wonderful experience staying at Joanne's home. The space was cozy and clean, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Joanne was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.

My bestie and I stayed at Maria's small apartment one night. We were looking for a place within walking distance to the Orpheum Theater in downtown Memphis (which, by the way is not a safe place to be on a Saturday night) We are both 70 and hesitated about going. We found the perfect place in the old Cotton Exchange Building! They have security and you get a code to even get in the door. Maria's place felt secure and cozy! why pay for an expensive hotel in downtown Memphis when you can have your own private apartment with everything you need We had such a good time! Thank You Maria!

Excellent location!! Clear and frequent communications. Fully-provisioned and clean. Only "complaint" is thin wall with next door neighbor, but we weren't around much to be distracted by it. Highly recommended.

The condo was beautiful the mixture of the original architecture along with the modern touch was awesome. Wish I didn’t have to leave that place not to mention you have a great view of the baseball field from there!!!

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
