Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown Memphis

This place was in the heart of mid town! Very walkable area. Right next to a great restaurant. The space was clean and beautiful and spacious! we will definitely be using this place when we visit again!

The place had a great vibe! I am from Memphis but my girlfriend has never been. This was the perfect space to give her a full Memphis experience. The decor had "OLD MEMPHIS FLARE"! If anyone has never been to Memphis I recommend renting this space, get settled in and enjoy the vibe! Then start your journey seeing the town!

Tim’s place was great for our weekend stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment has a parking space at the back of the building which I think is great. Easy check in and check out. Would totally come back if we are back in town!

The condo was just as described and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for our night out at the FedEx Forum. The only things I would recommend would be some padding on the beds, have a few more towels available, and more toilet paper. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to stay downtown! Close to everything. They have really utilized the space of this place well! Super cute and modern. It was very clean. Didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen had what we needed and the pretty wine glasses were a nice touch. Very comfy bed and the pull out couch was comfy as well. The shower had great water pressure with a really nice shower head. Would definitely recommend this place.

You have a lovely home. It’s not just beautiful but very cozy and feels like home. We were soo happy to stay at your wonderful house. The backyard is gorgeous you did it soo beautifully . That swing is amazing. Our parents loved sitting there and just relaxing. Everything in the house is well equipped and does not need anything to add . We felt like we never left home it was soo comfortable . Thank you for providing us with a such a lovely home. A & O

This was perfect for us. we stayed here to visit Graceland and see the Peabody ducks. It is close to downtown and right next to the Hwy for quick drives.

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

Great location if looking to stay in the island. Quiet and safe neighborhood with great accommodations.

The home is in the Historic District with a period theme. Absolutely amazing! We were concerned with safety because of Memphis reputation. There was a police facility across the alley and a court house across the street. None of which detracted from the local charm.

The Memphis house was the perfect place to stay for my daughters and I on our first trip to Memphis. The home was comfortable and quirky and full of fun informative displays/activities. Hayes was informative and friendly, and communication was clear and helpful.

The house was great - artsy, quirky and fun. We appreciated the extra touches - original artwork, record player with lots of albums, Elvis coffee mugs in the kitchen. It was walkable within the Cooper Young neighborhood with a coffee shop, art gallery, local brew pub and BBQ restaurant within easy walking distance. Friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay! Excellent location!! Clear and frequent communications. Fully-provisioned and clean. Only "complaint" is thin wall with next door neighbor, but we weren't around much to be distracted by it. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful Mothers Day weekend. Catherine and Mary’s was fabulous and very close so we went there twice. A quiet little getaway. The condo was beautiful the mixture of the original architecture along with the modern touch was awesome. Wish I didn’t have to leave that place not to mention you have a great view of the baseball field from there!!!

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
