Places to stay in Downtown Memphis

We had an amazing trip to Memphis thanks to this Airbnb and Sarah! The place is so cute and in a great location, we were 10 minutes to downtown and Graceland! Sarah was so kind and friendly. She even bought us donuts on our first morning as a surprise!! She offered so many different guides to help us find restaurants and things to do. The house was clean, cute, and in a great location. The pool is AWESOME!! This is a definite must stay in Memphis! This is the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Memphis!

Adam communicated promptly from day one and was professional and friendly ! The check in details were clear and the check in was easy! the house was as described in the listing ! Very fun and lots to do all in one house ! Fun for the whole family of all ages !

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! The home was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and chocked full of everything I would need for my daughter's pool party/sleepover like extra roll out beds, pool toys, extra beach towels. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access the home. Would definitely recommend.

This was an awesome Airbnb, not only because of the place itself but Daniel and Katie were gracious hosts and very proactive in our communication. The studio itself was spacious, plenty of seating, the bathroom was large for a studio, and the projector was a nice touch when I had some friends over to watch a game. I'd easily recommend staying here, especially if you want to have easy access to all parts of Memphis.

Great location and place to stay in downtown Memphis!

Don't let this being a "new" listing make you question anything, my best friend and I have been coming here for years and just like the first time, it is an absolute gem. The space: it is 2 bedrooms, both good in size and comfort. The kitchen has everything you'd need for quick meals, but let's be honest, you're going to Memphis so may as well just use it for some late night pizzas! The living room is a good size and it is perfect for hanging out. The area: it is most definitely walkable to downtown and Beale, or to the baseball stadium. There are a couple fantastic restaurants within a block, and you MUST go get chicken at Gus's. The secured parking and reserved spot give you a sense of peace knowing your car is safe. The owners: absolutely fantastic. The current owners were co-hosts when we started coming here, and they did not miss a beat. Always responsive, great recommendations, and just a pleasure to do business with. All in all, if this place available, book it. 10/10

Great location if you want to be in the middle of the action, loud into the night but we were able to shut the door to the bedroom and had a great sleep.

Great trip experience! I can't emphasize enough how great of an Air Bnb experience this was. The place is spacious and immaculate. The hosts are very nice. We had a minor issue on arrival. The host went above and beyond to fix it. He had it fixed in a matter of time that would not have thought possible. The location cannot be beat. This is a must stay in Memphis.

The neighborhood was quiet and appeared to be in a gentrified area. I love the color green. The house color, one bedroom color, pots and pans and plates were all to my green liking. The house was very clean and both bedrooms were well laid out and accommodating. The decor was pleasant and tasteful, not overwhelming. The extra room with the ping pong table was a fun time. The house seemed to have been redone recently, and we enjoyed the renovations. We did not use the outdoor firepit n the backyard.

I cannot say enough about Stephanie's place. After being on the road since March, this hideaway was just what I needed. I felt right at home. I now have my Memphis spot!

The condo was beautiful the mixture of the original architecture along with the modern touch was awesome. Wish I didn’t have to leave that place not to mention you have a great view of the baseball field from there!!!
