Monthly Rentals in Dorr Mountain

Had a great time at Connor’s place! Location is key with this rental as you are a few minutes bike ride into downtown Bar Harbor and also a few minutes drive/bike to Acadia National Park. I was able to bike from the house up Cadillac Mountain and back before my kids woke up that is how close this listing is the the National Park. Everything was as pictured and my family really enjoyed grabbing lobsters at Parson’s down the street and steaming them at the house. We had a great time biking into Bar Harbor to enjoy the town and also did many miles on the carriage roads with the family. Overall great experience and I would recommend this location/home to anyone wanting to be close to downtown and Acadia.

Nice place to stay that is centrally located. Comfy and very clean. Wish they had provided coffee as a courtesy though.

JC’s Place was clean, cozy, and ideally located for exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor. Quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by nature—it was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Mount Desert Island!

We traveled with our toddler (20M). This apartment was perfect for our family's needs. The bathroom was detached from the bedroom, which is super nice when you have a napping or early bedtime toddler. The bedroom had blinds and blackout curtains, which were perfect for our toddler as well. The kitchen was well stocked and functioned well for us. Having the washer and dryer was so nice to have as well. There is a unit above this apartment, but it didn't interrupt our stay. We heard footsteps every now and then, but definitely not bad whatsoever. The location was great. We walked to everything except for a few hikes in Acadia. Acadia was very close and you couldn't beat this location. It's in a neighborhood of older homes, but it definitely felt safe. Everyone was very friendly. The walk to downtown Bar Harbor was very easy. There is free street parking, which is helpful too. I absolutely recommend staying here. We had a great visit.
