Wonderfully charming cottage, Hosts were pleasure to deal with. Our small jug dog loved the space with private field and easy access for walks. Exactly as described, thanks again for a great stay. Would definitely book again!

The cottage was beautifully and tastefully decorated and equipped with modern kitchenware and thoughtful touches. Lucy was very flexible regarding our early arrival time and talked us through our concerns about the hilly nature of the walk down to the river. Our neighbours and everyone in the village was friendly with tea rooms and pubs and shops all within walking distance. The 10 minute drive to Bakewell and larger supermarkets was easy. Parking was not always easy but we usually found a space and if not, found the Car Park available about 5 mins walk away for a suggested contribution. June 21-28 was Well Dressing week - same time of year every year - and we wish we had been aware of this when we booked. We loved our trips to nearby Eyam, Edale, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Had a great few days at Abi’s place for a friends stag weekend. The house is beautiful, spacious and all the amenities you need for a nice chilled break. The surrounding land/venue is also very nice with an on-site cafe etc but you feel very private and nobody interrupted us over the weekend. Just a note that the pin location on Google/Apple Maps is about 100/150m too far up the road and the house is quite obscured due to the courtyard and trees so search for “manor farm” on maps to find your way properly as we couldn’t find it for a while :)

lovely spacious house with comfortable beds, good wifi and lots of interior space and a nice yard in the back. only downside for some might be the tight parking space and rural location, but if you have a small car you should be fine. lovely spot with a warm gretting, will certainly consider if we return.

I booked this stay for my mum and partner who were over the moon with their time spent here. They came back and told me they thought it was such a beautiful accommodation, with stunning surroundings. Perfect for find a little respite, peace and quiet. They were delighted with how much was provided at the accommodation, Sarah had thought of everything. A beautifully appointed little home with lovely features and furnishings. Everything was very clean and comfortable and in keeping with the character. Even though it's close to the owner's private home , there is actually a lot of privacy. It's actually perfect for a romantic getaway! Fabulous!

What an adorable cottage right in the heart of Castleton! An excellent hiking trail right from the door - Mam Tor/Cavedale loop. The cottage was charming and had all the right amenities. The bakery across the street was fantastic! Cafe right next door for coffee/tea! The scenery was breathtaking and the drive up Winnats Pass was memorable! A definite A+ place! Marianne was responsive and very friendly!

A fantastic location with parking but perfect if you are foot. Easy access from the station and into the city. The accommodation was as specified, nicely furnished and fully kitted out if you want to cook, iron etc. Overlooking the city walls but a quiet location nevertheless. We has a very happy stay.

Wonderful apartment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and nice seating/dining area. Great bathroom. Very close to the York Minster, 10 min walk. Easy self check in instructions. The parking space is a added bonus. Andrew -Pass The Keys was always very informative and if you needed to ask a question it was answered within minutes. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. I had an absolute incredible experience at Denise’s place, from the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, stylish and thoughtfully prepared. Check-in was easy. The space itself was better than the photos- beautifully decorated and cozy. The bed was super comfy and I appreciated all the little touches that made it feel homely. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and would certainly return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this little gem for anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated in a vintage style, which made our stay warm and comfortable. Carmen and Martin welcomed us with open arms, and Carmen was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. A charming well appointed little apartment. It was beautifully clean and tidy. If Main Street Haworth is your focus it’s quite a steep walk to get there but worth it. Having free parking so close is a real bonus. Dealing with Ruth was easy and she was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Mike's place was perfect for our 3 night trip to the Colne Valley. The farm shop just across the road and pub a short walk away were very handy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, and we felt really comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door. Would lo e to come back and explore the area more.
