Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

This beautiful 18th century barn, with gas central heating and air conditioning is in the heart of vast fields, with 360 degree views of Hereford city, the black mountains and surrounding villages. This large building with direct access to our own private woods and acres of fields is perfect for stargazing and family games. Sitting on top of many rambler paths this retreat is perfect for groups that want to relax in the quiet countryside. We also offer party planning and family activities.

The Calf Cott

The Calf Cott is an 18th century former cow shed, sympathetically converted into a modern 3 bedroom property. The Calf Cott retains a wealth of character with exposed beams, whilst underfloor heating and a beautiful roll top bath provide modern luxury. The Calf Cott is a mid terrace barn, situated in a private residential setting with only a handful of other properties nearby. Farmland and beautiful countryside surround the courtyard of converted barns. A peaceful and relaxing stay awaits you!

The location is great for walkers, cyclists or those seeking tranquility, and for star gazers, we have plenty of dark nights. Explore quiet country lanes or for those looking for more adventure, take a walk on the Cat's Back. The Forest of Dean & Wye Valley are a short distance. Hay Literacy Festival is an annual event. The Malvern Hills and Showground are only forty minutes away.
