I stayed at Suellen's place while my son was competing in Odyssey of the Mind at MSU and her place was just what I was looking for. The opportunity to chat with her during my comings and goings was an added bonus. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and private place to stay with a friendly host, I highly recommend booking with her.

I can't say enough about how great a host William is and I'm confident he will be for everyone who selects his property. It proved to be centrally located and had a close proximity to grocery stores, convenience stores, and other necessary services. One day I had to call 9-1-1 for an ambulance and they arrived within 2 minutes. Everyone's grass, including William's were well maintained and the corner apartment we were in was very quiet. There's a church next door and they weren't noisy or interfering at all. I would definitely rent from him again. The best part is that it's on ground level and super easy to park, unload and get into the apartment.

I would recommend this listing to those visiting the Greater Lansing/MSU area. It is a short drive from MSU's campus and nearby downtown Lansing. There is a lot to do in the area. You have the first floor apartment of a two-floor home. The floors are separate and lock/secure from each other. The space was clean and amenities were as described. Teresa was proactively communicative about the reservation and very responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

We visited Lansing from Orlando for a funeral, to make sure my friend and her son was comfortable, we researched the Airbnb site and came across the two coaches on the listing, it looked as it stated "cozy". We took a chance because pictures aren't always what they seemed, and was happy to see when we arrived that it was exactly how the site depicted. Not only was it cozy, our flight was cancelled on the day of check out. We called soon as we learned when the flight was booked two days later and Brandi help us rebook the same cozy spot for two more days. This was definitely an experience our family would do again, and look forward to renting with you again. Thank you for giving us a cozy shelter and making this an experience to remember.
