Cottage vacation rentals in Delta

Great cottage in Grand Junction as described and with everything you need. The yard was bigger than we expected, and our dogs loved it. We so appreciate being able to bring them with us. The hot tub was a nice perk as well.

Beautiful location - with very hospitable hosts, friendly goats, chickens, cat, and dogs, gorgeous views, walkable trails, and many spots for sitting and appreciating the views. This spot was peaceful - and gorgeous - for a first-time stay in Paonia. I would certainly love to stay again - and will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

This stay is so perfect for a beautiful weekend in Palisade! It’s a great location to downtown/wineries, but also very comfortable, serene, and peaceful. We loved the outdoor set up and hot tub. Sheri was very welcoming and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!!

I had to vacate my house as the hardwood floors were being refinished. I live in Cedaredge and was a little worried about hearing traffic on the highway. Beckie’s cottage is quiet, clean, amazing kitchen - good silverware, dishes, and pots & pans, fast internet, and a nice fenced in area for my dog. Great coffee shop right next door and the apple bread waiting on the kitchen table was delicious. I highly recommend this cottage and would definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Very clean and well kept place, with off-street parking. Walking distance to Main St., and very helpful hosts!

“A lovely and relaxing stay!” We had a wonderful stop at this charming cottage during our road trip. The views were beautiful, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The hosts were warm and welcoming—even surprising us with delicious homemade cookies! The only minor downside was that the main bed was a little creaky, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise lovely stay.

The view out to the Duck Pond was gorgeous, and it was 5-10 minutes away from everything in Grand Junction. The location couldn’t be better. On top of that, the host was very responsive and super friendly. We definitely will stay here again when we return to Grand Junction.

This was a nice quiet place and underpriced IMHO. It has good amenities and easy access to local places and I70. I would stay there in the future.

Was an absolutely beautiful cabin with an even more beautiful drive to get there. We will definitely be coming back some time!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage! It was so peaceful. Great location being near restaurants and so close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National park. Definitely recommend staying here! 😊

Absolutely stunning little cottage. Julia was so friendly and accommodating. Looks better in person. So many cute personal touches around the space! Beautiful location! Highly recommend and next time I am in Grand Junction, I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed the night in Montrose on our way from Glenwood Springs to Colorado Springs. Ouray is an easy drive from this property and totally worth visiting. The cottage is adorable and stocked well for a stay. Bed was super comfortable as well. Susan and her husband Mimms are both very personable and met us when we arrived. Also, the goats are adorable. ❤️ Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Cimarron Coffee Roasters is worth a stop as well if you're in the area.

Needed to be close to campus but didn’t want to spend $300+ a night for the hotel on campus. This was a 10 minute easy walk to the dorm area. The place was a cute little studio. Worked from home while my daughter went to the campus for a sports camp. Close to a City Market and restaurants. There was another house on the property which I wasn’t expecting but it was fine.

We've stayed at the cottage a few times in the past and its always a great experience. Karen and Brent are extremely friendly and accommodating. The cottage is quiet, peaceful and very cozy. Highly recommend staying here. Soo sad to hear that Gibbs passed. That dog was one of the highlights of the stay. Thanks again, cant wait to plan out our next trip!
