Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Delta

I have stayed in a lot of AirBNBs all over the world and Patricia’s place has easily taken first place. The house is absolutely stunning. The neighborhood is so peaceful. She has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The house is on the outskirts of town so a car is a must. Grand Junction has a cute downtown area with shops & restaurants. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The house was as described. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the supplies you could need. The patio area was our favorite part of the house especially at night. The stars were spectacular. The location provided easy access to downtown Palisade, Grand Mesa, Grand Junction and the Colorado Monument. We would definitely stay here again.

Irene is a fantastic host. She is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The place was clean and comfy. Neighborhood is nice and peaceful. The backyard was great for our labs. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when visiting our children/grandchildren. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed a fabulous time here and would have booked longer had it been available. Our doggie loved the yard - but the fence is low on one side so would not recommend for a runner/escape artist without tethering. The beds and couch were super comfortable. We enjoy a high kitchen table so this suited us. The bathrooms were great and the laundry was also very nice. We took advantage of the next-door drive in (Colorado’s oldest!) and caught a double feature during our visit. Great proximity to Black Canyon NP and to Oursay, where we did a super fun jeep tour!

Sienna's place was the perfect location to walk to downtown and had a very nice fenced yard for our dog and a nice oasis for us to hang out in. I would stay here again.

Peaceful and comfortable, it was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend exploring the West Elks area.

What a gem! The views were spectacular, the little house was the perfect getaway to unplug and relax in nature. Maureen and Brian were wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to go back!

This place was easy to get comfortable in and feel at home. It’s a ten minute walk to Coffee Trader and a juice bar (The Root). We felt safe to walk there every morning. The lighting in the house made it a peaceful place. ALL the beds were so comfortable! We would stay here again! Only note: the outside umbrella has a wasps nest in it. I let them know but didn’t get a response that they saw my message so be careful!

Beautiful setting, house, loft, and everything in between! Lots to do in the area. Loft was clean, had plenty of towels, and full kitchen. My one qualm is that the pull out bed was a little rough. A mattress topper may help! Can definitely feel the bars.

We loved our stay! Great location within a short drive to shops and restaurants in Montrose. Perfect "base" for exploring Montrose, Black Canyon, Ouray, etc. We felt right at home and loved how thoughtfully stocked the basement apartment was, plus how it felt private. Lesley made sure to send us instructions and has lots of helpful notes in the house as well. Would stay again if in the area!!

Central to Grand Junction, this place is just a walk away from Downtown Main Street, an easy drive to Colorado National Monument, and adjacent to Palisade which is worth a trip in itself! This is my 4th stay at Tip Top and at this point I can't stay anywhere else. This place feels like a home away from home and it's so nice to have a full kitchen to cook in, a living room to lounge in, and a huge king sized bed to sleep in after a full day of activities. Thanks again for having me!

This Air b&b was comfortable and private. I loved the stream out back—so peaceful and soothing! Tori is also very responsive to and respectful of messages/questions. I will definitely look to book here in the future when/if I’m in the area!

Hosts are friendly, responsive, and helpful. The property is adjacent to a popular trailhead, but still feels comfortable and secluded. The Airbnb itself is small, but still comfortable and exactly what a couple would need for a weekend getaway. The bed is comfortable, linens are clean, and the property is quiet and cozy. Would definitely stay again

I have stayed here a few times and keep coming back. Refreshing rooms compared to the typical hotels I have often stayed at. Instructions were perfect and the town is so nice!

Susan's place was lovely, comfortable, matched the listing, and perfect for our travels. Susan herself is one of the sweetest, most personable people I've met. She gave wonderful recommendations for the area and incredibly clear directions. When we come back to the area, we'll definitely be looking to Susan and Pat's place first!

This place was amazing! They were flexible with the check in when we originally through we were going to get in late. The first night we arrived the power was out for a little bit, but Suzzanne met us with lights and some candles incase we needed them. It came back on not too long after that(it was out of their control, the whole neighborhood was out). The place was clean and as described. We didn't spend a lot of time there due to having a wedding to attend and other festivities, but it was perfect for what we needed. They communicated well with us throughout the trip.

Comfortable, clean and great value for travelers of all sorts. Our host and the staff are kind and available to answer any needs or inquiries. Beds were comfortable and beautifully remodeled room. Thank you to all of you.

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious and has all the basic amenities plus some more. The space and bathroom were clean, bed was big and comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, coffee pods. The check-in instructions were clear and we had no trouble finding the place. The hosts were responsive to texts. Parking is street parking - the spots near the house are 2hr parking spots during business hours. This did not bother us as we were out for most of the day and only parked there at night. Overall we liked this stay and will recommend!

Condo description exactly as it states. Felt very relaxed and at home. Had all the necessities we needed, and slept well. Would highly recommend!

There were some issues with AC they had just upgraded but they were on top of it and very communicative to fix and get it right. We saw a lot of the hosts, had some great conversations, and they did all they could to make it up to us. The only minor issue was the curtains in all the rooms were not room darkening causing my small daughter to wake up early. But that gave us more time for fun in Grand Junction.

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great place for me while I was visiting my son. Nice and clean and Joy checked in with me a couple of times to make sure I had everything I needed.
