Cabin vacation rentals in Delhi

This quaint, quiet and remarkably cozy cabin was a perfect weekend retreat! We stayed two nights and really enjoyed everything this cabin had to offer. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast every morning and pack a lunch for walking the state park only about a mile down the road. Watching the pelicans swim down the Mississippi was morning entertainment from the porch chairs. The relaxing jacuzzi tub was a special treat every evening as we watched our favorite show from the outdoor tv. This cabin was well equipped, decorated thoughtfully and tastefully and provided us with a relaxing get-away! In addition, Pauline was quick to deliver a new coffee maker when the one we had wouldn’t work! Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your slice of Heaven!

Our stay was very well organized and had easy directions to follow. We really enjoyed the quiet cabin/lake weekend and will possibly be looking to return in the future, during a warmer month. Darrel was our host and he was very kind and welcoming. Overall a very nice stay.

Worked great for meeting some friends for an Iowa football weekend. Easy check-in, comfortable sleeping, and we had everything we needed. Such a unique place with fun amenities. It was also great to have Club 76 just a short walk away.

Very responsive hosts. We did a same night check in and they were accommodating for being last minute. We celebrated our anniversary and they even left us a little surprise.

The cabin was exactly as described! I am not sure why/how people are "surprised" by the train noise when it is stated so clearly in the description. Yes, it is loud.... but we knew that going in and found it quite unique! We made a game of having a Jello-shot when it went by :) *thanks to the suggestion of another reviewer!* We enjoyed local sight-seeing, watching the boats on the river, and soaking in the hot tub. The cabin was well equipped and there is a gas station/convivence store right across the road if you need anything. Laura was an amazing host! Very friendly and responsive to questions. We plan to return again next year :)

We enjoyed the secluded stay at the cabin. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and beautiful evening views of the property. It was a perfect place to relax while in the area for a wedding.

I booked this cabin for my Bachelorette/Bridal Shower weekend & it was perfect! There was more than enough room and it felt so homey. Couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone looking to gather with a large group in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area - West Branch is not too far! The vineyard and setting is also beautiful. We had everything we needed and the host always answered my questions to prepare for our stay. I would stay here again!

This place was beautiful. Very peaceful. It was nice that the owner stopped by and talked and introduced himself.

We had the BEST time. The cabin and acreage were breathtaking. Our kids had a blast playing, fishing, catching frogs and more. The cabin was small but perfect for our needs, we loved the porch overlooking the view. The kitchen/bathroom are very small (historic property!) but well equipped. Cabin stayed pretty cool even in the heat of the day, but A/C is there if you need it. We would totally visit again! Hosts were very responsive and friendly!

We came from out of state for my daughter’s wedding and finding enough hotel rooms was a challenge. Jeff’s place fit the bill with more than enough space for everyone, spacious rooms and a great deck for our morning coffee and breakfast. Sprinkle in deer in the fields and fireflies at night making his place truly relaxing for all of us.

Easy check in. He stopped by to check on us as soon as we checked in. Loved the river and of course loved Wolfey’s Bar. Will definitely be returning.

A great place super close to downtown Galena and a quick drive to Chestnut Mountain - truly the best of both worlds. We had a wonderful time staying here with our dog who especially loved the big back yard.

Thank you for inviting us into your Airbnb, I loved the farm setting, the fire we had was peaceful and serene. No one around, nice and private surroundings. The sunset was top notch as well! Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality, if we are ever in Bagley again, we will definitely be looking into renting the farmhouse again.

We have stayed in two different cabins now and enjoyed our time greatly. Great location to go to backbone State Park and visit other towns along the way. Very clean and peaceful. We will be back!

Cute cottage, fully stocked. Sharla always has plenty of towels, extra linens and everything you would need. The only suggestion I would have is to change the shower head as the water just comes out in one stream and not spread out. We had to book a last minute stay due to a family emergency and Sharla's other house was not available. This would be good for a family with kids. The bed situation is not ideal for adults who are looking for more comfort in their bed. Thank you Sharla!

This place was better than the pictures. It was clean and had all the things necessary for cooking inside and on a grill. There was a crockpot and a variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There were plenty of shower towels, hand towels and washcloths. Also there was enough toilet paper for our stay. The bedsheets were made very well and beds and pillows were better than the average rental. I recommend a golf cart rental to get around, especially if you have children. We did bring bikes, but there are hills and larger gravel, so biking wasn't the best means to get around. We had a great trip and would recommend this place!

We stayed there for 4 days for a family retreat. We absolutely loved how peaceful and secluded the house is and enjoyed everything about this beautiful house - especially the grill on the balcony. Galena and Dubuque are both a 15-20 min drive away so it’s at a prime location for excursions around the area. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming - they accommodated our stay with our cat without a question. Our cat loved the backyard so much that he didn’t want to leave. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the tri-state area.

This old farm house renovation was done top notch!!!!!! The architecture & attention to details took my breath away! Beautiful comfortable & peaceful place with a short drive in to town. Bedrooms on 2 different levels w/ baths so very private! Loved looking out the kitchen window to see lots of Buffaloes. This place is actually nicer than the pictures show - can’t wait to go back there!! And our Hostess was very accommodating!!

Superb for our group of eight; bedrooms spread out over three stories; elevator available. Several gathering areas that don’t disturb those in bedrooms. Host immediately responsive to variety of questions; highly recommend.

Our stay at the cabin was a great time. Andy, took time to talk to us and answered all our questions we had. The deck was fun looking over the pond. We are excited to come back and stay at the bigger cabin.

I am so happy we chose to stay here!This sweet little place was clean,smelled good,and had all the things we needed for a weekend getaway. It was decorated cute and i appreciated the fall decorations too. Quiet and private but close enough to do all our excursions in Prarie du Chien,Marquette and Mcgregor.Genna was very communicative and I cannot wait to come back and stay again in the future.Weather was perfect and it was a great,relaxing,and memorable stay!
