We have sympathetically restored the property with its sash window and flag stone flooring, however it still includes all the mod cons to ensure a delightfully chilled holiday.

With fantastic views over the Dyfi Estuary, Dyfi Osprey Project and the Ynys-Hir Nature Reserve. We welcome dogs and the garden is securely fenced with beautiful walks all around. The house has a 4 star rating from Visit Wales and is fully equipped with everything you might need.

The Green Room is attached to our family home, with a comfortable double bed, adjoining wetroom and kitchenette, in a convenient town location, easy access to railway and bus links, and off-road parking. With FTTP internet access, television with a full Sky package (including Sports and Cinema), Blu-ray player with discs and your own key and separate door you can come and go as you please. Well behaved pets are welcome.
