The Mushroom Manor was a lovely spot for a peaceful get away from the city! The view is absolutely breathtaking and the house was so cozy and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property and views! The wall of windows looking out over the ocean and distant islands is just incredible. Gorgeous outdoor space to overlook it all with a beer. 2 small bedrooms, just enough space for 2 adult couples as long as you're not travelling with lots of luggage. Amazingly well equipped private gym with wifi speakers and infrared sauna (although didn't use this more than once as takes a long time to heat up). Very small shower, but not really an issue. Plus bathtub if you prefer. We appreciated the fresh eggs and coffee, and visiting the chickens. Good location for peace and quiet (bring earplugs if roosters bother you, but we loved the wake up calls!). We'd love to come again - thanks Yashar.

We absolutely adored Birgitte’s place and are already dreaming of our next visit! It was private, peaceful, and incredibly cozy — with a stunning view, thoughtful amenities (especially the hot tub!), and a convenient location for exploring town and the rest of the island. But our favourite part, hands down, was Birgitte’s homemade breakfasts and treats — truly divine, and made with so much love and care. A real gem! Thank you for having us.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our 5 day stay at Michelle and Blair’s Airbnb. It was cozy and well equipped. It was in a very quiet and peaceful setting amongst the trees. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was a good size and the price reasonable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay on Saltspring.
